Improved Soil "Uni-Soil" [Ideal for backfilling/embankment/subgrade, weed suppression]
Excellent compaction greater than that of soil (such as mountain sand) can be ensured! Safe and secure civil engineering materials regenerated from inorganic sludge such as construction sludge!
Improved soil/recycled soil "Uni-Soil" is a type of improved soil that stabilizes inorganic sludge generated from construction work and various projects into granulated form (granulation solidification) in a very short time using our unique method, the "Odessa System." 【Main Features】 ■ Excellent compaction beyond that of soil, with a cone index of 800 kN/m² or more (suitable for large vehicle traffic) ■ 100% recyclable as embankment, backfill material, subgrade material, and levee material ■ Does not revert to a muddy state due to rainfall (does not remudify) ■ Reliable stable quality, meeting all standard values of "environmental standards related to soil contamination" 【Quality Standards】 Ensures strength of at least Type 2 improved soil (cone index of 800 kN/m²) as specified in the "Construction Sludge Treatment Soil Utilization Technical Standards" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. 【Hokkaido Certified Recycled Product】 Improved soil (recycled soil) "Uni-Soil" has been recognized by Hokkaido for meeting established standards, promoting the proper use of recycled resources and reducing waste, thereby contributing to the formation of a recycling society.

Odessa Technos Co., Ltd. conducts a comprehensive recycling business focused on the "Odessa System (granulation and solidification)" that recycles sludge while retaining its moisture, thereby reducing environmental impact. Leveraging our technological capabilities developed through sludge treatment technology and years of expertise in sludge recycling, we have developed Japan's first heavy metal contaminated soil purification treatment system using a "wet magnetic separator," aimed at completely purifying arsenic contained in naturally occurring contaminated soil to below the standards set by the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act. This new system mixes special iron powder and circulating water with air bubbles in the contaminated soil, allowing for the adsorption, washing, and classification of arsenic (heavy metals) onto the special iron powder. Afterward, the wet magnetic separator separates and recovers the special iron powder that has adsorbed arsenic (heavy metals), achieving complete purification. The recovered special iron powder can be reused repeatedly, thereby reducing treatment costs and environmental impact.
