Fujiwara Techno-Art Company Profile

We have realized aerated solid culture using microorganisms with a compact tabletop device. This allows for the selection of test conditions with a small amount of raw materials, contributing to a reduction in development time and waste of test materials. It supports a wide range of research and development from basic studies in the lab to scale-up verification. This device is ideal as a first step towards extracting new value from underutilized biomass, developing new materials, and ultimately creating new industries.

At Fujiwara Techno Art, we are engaged in the production of articles for "The Art of Sake Brewing" in collaboration with sake breweries across the country. We hope to create a space for rediscovering the ingenuity and wisdom necessary for aiming at high-quality sake production. In recent years, the recognition of Japanese sake has been expanding overseas, and sake is undergoing unique changes in various regions. We will document the efforts of Japanese breweries to "produce high-quality sake" and promote Japanese sake brands abroad. Our company will continue to provide valuable information to convey the current state of Japanese sake brewing.
