The "SKS JAPAN 2025 -Global Foodtech Summit-" will be held from October 23 (Thursday) to 25 (Saturday), 2025. SKS (Smart Kitchen Summit) is a food tech event, marking its 8th edition in Japan. This time, over 40 sessions will be prepared over three days, gathering around 100 innovators active in Japan and around the world in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
