Ideal for ginjo brewing with steamed rice below 1 ton.
The "Unit-Type Small Steamer" was developed to achieve precise steam management that supports the quality of ginjo and daiginjo sake with more convenient operation. It retains the high steam control performance of conventional steamers while being specialized and modularized for brewing with less than 1 ton of steamed rice. By classifying it as a "small pressure vessel," it eliminates the need for annual performance inspections and statutory notifications. 1. Optimal design specialized for ginjo steaming vessels under 1 ton In small-scale, high-quality brewing, it achieves the ideal steaming result of "hard on the outside, soft on the inside" with high reproducibility. 2. Reduction of operational costs due to no statutory inspections or notifications As it falls under the "small pressure vessel" category, there is no need for installation notifications to the relevant authorities, completion inspections, or annual statutory performance inspections (only self-inspections are required). This significantly reduces daily management burdens and maintenance costs. 3. Short construction period and space-saving installation due to modularization The main components are compactly modularized. This simplifies large-scale piping and insulation work on-site, making it ideal for installation in limited spaces. 4. Precise steam control (built-in demister) Despite its small size, it comes standard with a demister that reliably removes water droplets (spray) from the steam. In conjunction with the standard-equipped super heater, it enables the supply of "dry steam."
