Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyousei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers, providing comprehensive assistance from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization equipment. Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Odor Control Measures During Herbal Medicine Manufacturing】 ■ Background While manufacturing herbal medicine in the factory, complaints about odors arose from nearby residents when the air from the room was discharged outdoors. We received inquiries regarding odor control measures during the manufacturing process. Upon inspecting the factory, we found that a large quantity of herbal medicine was being boiled in a large pot, and the extraction process was generating a strong odor. Although exhaust fans were installed, there were no hoods or similar structures above the pot, causing the generated odors to fill the entire room. Additionally, the exhaust outlet was located less than 20 meters from the property boundary, leading us to determine that effective deodorization of the emitted odors was necessary. *If you are interested in the details of the measures taken, please download and view the case study collection from the link below.

[Odor Control Case Study] Indoor Leakage Odor Control Measures for an Aluminum Parts Processing Factory

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyousei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers, providing consistent support from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization equipment. Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Indoor Odor Control Measures for an Aluminum Parts Processing Factory】 ■Background We received a consultation regarding the need for odor control measures for the odors generated during the softening process of aluminum parts in a tempering furnace, which were dispersing throughout the factory and affecting employees and visitors. Since the temperature of the odors emitted from the tempering furnace is high and there had been no previous odor measurements, we first proposed conducting odor measurements, which revealed that the odor concentration exceeded 10,000 in its original state. Due to the disruption of air balance, the client requested a system that would circulate the air indoors rather than exhaust it outdoors. Therefore, we proposed an adsorption method using activated carbon and conducted a preliminary demonstration test. *If you are interested in the details of the measures taken, please download the case study collection from the link below.

[Odor Control Case Study] Exhaust Odor Control Measures for Fire Experiment Facility Research Facility

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyosei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers and provides comprehensive assistance from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization systems. Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Fire Experiment Facility Research Facility Exhaust Odor Control】 ■ Background We received a request to reduce the impact on the outside environment when ventilating a room where combustion tests are conducted. Currently, there are no odor complaints in the surrounding area, and the regulatory values are being met, with the existing deodorization system operating effectively. However, in order to implement further measures, there was a desire to install a new deodorization system downstream of the existing one. Without conducting preliminary verification tests or consultations, we selected a duct spray system based on the odor characteristics and exhaust air volume. Due to the enormous exhaust air volume, it was easy to implement measures by simply installing nozzles in the existing duct with the spray system, so we proposed this specification. *If you are interested in the details of the measures, please download and view the case study collection from the link below.

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyosei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers, providing comprehensive assistance from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization equipment. Our company, which has tackled odor control for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Odor Control Measures for a Supplement Manufacturing Factory】 ■Background Complaints arose from a residential area located 600 meters away from a yolk supplement manufacturing factory. Although a biological deodorization system was already installed, it was insufficient to eliminate the overwhelming odors. The situation had reached a point where operations would have to be halted, leading to an inquiry to our company. We conducted a preliminary consultation and tests, confirming that if the deodorization efficiency did not exceed 90%, odors would disperse into the surrounding residential area. The odors were a mixture of sulfur compounds from the eggs and burnt smells generated during the cooking process in the kiln. Since we achieved over 90% deodorization efficiency in the preliminary verification tests, we installed a Hybrid Scrubber Type H II. *If you are interested in the details of the measures taken, please download the case study collection from the link below.*

[Case Study on "Odor" Measures in Large Warehouses] Yeast Odor

Preventing odor recurrence with ozone, which also has strong sterilizing power! A case of deodorizing yeast odor in a large warehouse!

Here is an introduction to measures taken against "yeast odor" in large warehouses. The yeast odor, which has a sweet and sour smell similar to sake lees, is derived from microorganisms. Therefore, even if the absorbed odor is deodorized, there is a risk of the odor recurring as long as the microorganisms remain. In this context, ozone, which also has strong sterilizing power, is used. It deodorizes the absorbed odor and kills the microorganisms, preventing the odor from recurring. 【Case Study】 ■ Location: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture ■ Work Area: 2500 m³ ■ Duration: 15 days ■ Odor Level Before Measures: Odor Concentration 130 ■ Odor Level After Measures: Odor Concentration Less than 10 *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
