Our company, which has tackled odor control in various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Measures Against Alcohol-Containing Exhaust Odors】 ■Background Due to alcohol-containing exhaust from an existing factory, black mold was growing on the walls, and the annual costs for wall cleaning and repainting were enormous, prompting a consultation regarding alcohol reduction. The target odor was a complex odor containing alcohol from fermented seasonings (a strong smell reminiscent of sweet rice bran). We conducted a preliminary demo test to verify how much alcohol reduction was possible.
