A type of coating lining method. The Ziktect VE method is a vinyl ester resin coating lining method that does not require the impregnation and degassing process of glass mats found in conventional FRP corrosion protection methods. The vinyl ester resin, which is blended with special glass short fiber reinforcement materials, can form a corrosion-resistant coating layer using common painting tools such as rollers, trowels, and brushes. The formed corrosion-resistant coating layer excels not only in sulfuric acid resistance and alkali resistance required in sewage environments but also in chemical resistance. This method can meet quality standards A to D for coating lining methods used in sewage systems.

Free membership registration▼Overview Integration of old and new joints + labor-saving + reduction of environmental impact Join Bond Plus extends the placement period even further than the previous Join Bond M5000. While the period from application to new concrete placement for M5000 was 1 to 14 days, Join Bond Plus achieves a doubled placement period of 1 to 28 days. Additionally, it shows improvements in performance aspects such as shear strength and flexural adhesion strength. By using it for additional concrete placements, this fiber-reinforced polymer cement-based adhesive significantly enhances the bonding strength at the joint interface, achieving integration and improved water tightness for new and old concrete joints.

Free membership registrationResin Mortar Specification ▼Overview In response to the corrosion prevention measures for sewer facilities, we propose cost reduction and long lifespan strategies based on long-standing achievements that meet the required performance and functionality. We have various construction methods with different materials, allowing us to provide suitable solutions for each application. Additionally, it may be more cost-effective compared to sheet lining methods. Each lineup excels in "adhesion stability," "sulfuric acid resistance," and "barrier properties." ▼Features This corrosion protection coating method uses a corrosion-resistant coating material made by mixing a powder containing carbon fibers and high-performance ceramics with epoxy resin. It allows for thick film application of high-strength materials, resulting in high bending and tensile strength, and excellent resistance to blistering. It does not require a primer process and enables thick film application, which can shorten construction time. The thick film application provides high resistance to pressure from behind the coating, helping to suppress blister formation. By using an epoxy emulsion-based substrate conditioning material, it offers excellent adhesion stability to both the dry and wet sides of concrete.

Free membership registration▼Overview The HKS method is a corrosion protection coating technique applied to concrete exposed to harsh corrosive environments. In traditional post-laminated sheet lining methods using prepreg, the seams become laps, raising concerns that ultraviolet light may not adequately penetrate, resulting in incomplete curing. The seam treatment in the HKS method employs a revolutionary corrosion protection coating technique that uses molded joint materials made of high corrosion-resistant vinyl ester resin FRP for joint treatment. ▼Features This method involves applying HKS sheets to concrete surfaces or cross-section repair surfaces that have been coated with primer, followed by ultraviolet irradiation to achieve complete curing and integration with the concrete. The joints feature a double structure where FRP molded products are installed with a highly corrosion-resistant sealing material, providing excellent durability. Compared to traditional post-laminated sheet lining methods that involve overlapping sheets for joint treatment, this method offers superior workability. Additionally, it possesses sufficient corrosion resistance for the harsh corrosive environments found in sewer-related facilities.

Free membership registrationThe Z Mortar KS500M method is a mortar lining technique that uses the high sulfuric acid-resistant mortar "Z Mortar KS500." By blending special powders derived from blast furnace slag, it exhibits excellent sulfuric acid resistance and achieves high strength. The corrosion prevention method using high sulfuric acid-resistant mortar is designed with a concept that allows for a reduction in cross-section, calculating the amount of cross-sectional reduction due to deterioration or the depth of carbonation, and setting a thickness for cross-sectional reduction that does not pose structural issues. Alternatively, it involves pre-thickening the cross-section and maintaining the facility's functionality through repeated repairs while conducting regular inspections. This method can be applied even in high-temperature environments and construction conditions with high moisture content in concrete, where conventional coating-type lining methods cannot be used. Since the overlapping process of the coating-type lining method is unnecessary, the construction process and curing period are shorter, leading to reduced construction time. The use of blast furnace slag makes it an environmentally friendly product that reduces the burden on the environment (reducing resources, energy, and CO2 emissions).

Free membership registrationDisparlite is a concrete joint treatment agent and setting retarder that provides excellent uniformity and high-quality joint surfaces, ensuring safe and reliable results. The standard type "Disparlite CR" for horizontal joint treatment delays the setting of concrete by spraying the concentrated solution when the bleeding water has receded after concrete placement, allowing for efficient and effective joint treatment. We also offer Disparlite ER, which further extends the setting delay time, and Disparlite DV, which is applied as a setting retarder for vertical concrete joints. 【Features】 ○ Uniformity → Achieves a high-quality joint surface that is uniform and free of inconsistencies. ○ Reliability → Significantly alleviates time constraints during work, enabling efficient and reliable joint treatment operations. ○ Safety → No adverse effects on concrete or rebar. ○ Former NETIS registration number: No. KK-990050-V certified as "design comparative technology" (registration completed). Free membership registrationThe Joinbond method involves applying the fiber-reinforced polymer cement adhesive "Joinbond M5000" after high-pressure water treatment. By using this method for additional concrete applications, it significantly enhances the bonding strength at the joint interface, integrates old and new concrete layers, and improves water tightness. It is ideal for applications such as increasing the height or reinforcing existing structures like dams, flood barriers, and waterways, as well as for seismic reinforcement of various public facilities, and for horizontal and vertical joint surfaces in new and old concrete slabs, beams, and columns. 【Features】 ○ Excellent workability, significantly reducing the time required for joint treatment compared to conventional methods (chipping). ○ Spraying or troweling onto the surface of old concrete and pouring new concrete to integrate the old and new concrete layers, enhancing water tightness. ○ After applying to the old concrete surface, it allows for a time frame of 1 day to a maximum of 14 days (at 20°C) before pouring new concrete. ○ Superior adhesion to rebar. ○ NETIS registration number: KK-130043-A For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
