▼Overview The Zick Resin NP-143F method is a coating technique that protects the inner surface of concrete water tanks used in water supply systems by layering a bisphenol F type epoxy resin topcoat that complies with the Japan Water Works Association's JWWA K143 standard and a high-strength epoxy resin-based polymer cement substrate preparation material (Zick Resin HE104X). ▼Features - By applying a substrate preparation material that combines high-strength epoxy and powdered formulations, it possesses excellent adhesion stability functions that prevent adhesion damage to the coating film caused by various stresses occurring at the adhesion interface between the concrete and the coating layer. - It exhibits excellent adhesion regardless of the surface moisture content of the concrete substrate, eliminating the need for drying and moisture measurement of the substrate, allowing for economical and efficient construction. - A smooth substrate that has been prepared allows for the easy formation of a defect-free coating film with uniform thickness. - It forms a robust, opaque cured coating film with excellent chemical resistance. - The cured coating film meets the standards specified in the Japan Water Works Association standard JWWA K143. - The cured coating film complies with the water quality standards related to water supply facilities as stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
