Agricultural Waterway Repair Mortar Lining Method MY-300S The MY-300S method is a mortar lining technique for repairing agricultural waterways that uses a one-component polymer cement mortar "Z Mortar MY-300S," which is formulated with special powdered resin and special short fibers. It complies with the quality standards of inorganic coating methods and cross-section repair methods outlined in the manual. ▼Features 1. A stable quality polymer cement can be obtained simply by mixing with the specified water on-site. 2. The inclusion of special powdered resin makes it easy to handle, allowing for the elimination of waste such as mixing resin containers. 3. It enables trowel application or spray application of approximately 5 to 20 mm in a single operation. 4. It exhibits compressive strength equal to or greater than that of the base concrete. 5. The incorporation of special short fibers provides excellent crack resistance. 6. It improves the roughness coefficient. 7. As a primer, both acrylic emulsion and epoxy resin options are available, demonstrating good adhesion to concrete. 8. It has good trowel finish properties, and by performing curing, it prevents drying out during summer construction.

Nihon Jikkou is a core company of a comprehensive engineering group that contributes to society through the production and sale of various related materials, starting with concrete anti-corrosion construction. Japan is now entering an era of high prevalence of social infrastructure such as water supply and sewage systems, with a vast number of concrete facilities being stockpiled. However, as these facilities age and deteriorate, it has become an urgent issue to systematically and effectively implement repair and maintenance measures to sustain them in the future. Nihon Jikkou and its group companies address these challenges by proposing optimal deterioration prevention measures based on environmental factors and facility characteristics, along with excellent construction techniques, thereby meeting all maintenance and management needs for concrete structures.
