We would like to introduce a case where a malt-specific device was installed at Uchu Brewing in Yamanashi Prefecture. The treatment method for the large amounts of malt residue generated daily and the hygiene environment had been raised as an issue within the company, and we received inquiries regarding this treatment method. Inside, we installed only a mono pump under the mash tank, and the entire dewatering machine was set up outdoors. Additionally, to prevent freezing during winter, we installed floodlights. [Overview] ■ Issues - We want to discharge the malt from the mash tank in a short time. - The installation space indoors is also limited. ■ Results - To transport the malt in a short time, we changed the capacity of the mono pump to a higher level than usual and manufactured a larger-sized hopper above the dewatering machine than normal. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of the DM60 model to Thai Beverage in Thailand. They requested to increase the extraction amount of pineapples, which are the raw material for a brandy called Medillian, and to improve the yield. We proposed the maximum size DM60 model to juice 40 tons of pineapples per day. Since the crushing granularity of the crusher manufactured in Thailand was coarse and caused clogging in the dewatering machine, we collaborated with a local partner company to add an original crusher as additional equipment. 【Overview】 ■Challenges - Increase the extraction amount of pineapples, which are the raw material for brandy - Improve the yield ■Results - The crushing granularity improved, and the transportation efficiency of the screw conveyor also increased - The juice extraction rate increased by 30% compared to existing machines *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of a dedicated vegetable cutting device to a food processing manufacturer in Kyoto Prefecture. Previously, cabbage residues were reduced using a dryer, but due to high running costs and frequent breakdowns, we concluded that simple dehydration would be better, and they reached out to us. They requested minimal manual labor, so we proposed a system that only requires human intervention during the input of residues, while the system continuously conveys, crushes, and dehydrates the material. 【Overview】 ■Challenges - Cabbage residues were being reduced using a dryer, but it incurred high running costs and frequent breakdowns. ■Results - Proposed a system that continuously conveys, crushes, and dehydrates. - Achieved a reduction rate of 70%, leading to significant cost savings through reduced labor. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of a dedicated equipment for bean sprouts to a bean sprout manufacturer in Saitama Prefecture. Due to the need to replace the existing dehydrator over time, there was a request to handle everything from the removal of the existing machine to the installation of the new dehydrator as a single project. Since the bean sprout production line operates almost 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the time available for machine installation was very limited. However, we were able to complete the removal and installation within just a few hours when the machines could be stopped. [Overview] ■ Issues - Replacement of the existing dehydrator due to aging ■ Results - Installation of a new device for pumping bean sprouts - Enabled processing of bean sprout residue from other factories with this dehydrator *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
