Installed only a mono pump under the mash tank! A case where the entire dewatering equipment was placed outdoors through piping.

We would like to introduce a case where a malt-specific device was installed at Uchu Brewing in Yamanashi Prefecture. The treatment method for the large amounts of malt residue generated daily and the hygiene environment had been raised as an issue within the company, and we received inquiries regarding this treatment method. Inside, we installed only a mono pump under the mash tank, and the entire dewatering machine was set up outdoors. Additionally, to prevent freezing during winter, we installed floodlights. We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of the DM60 model to Thai Beverage in Thailand. They requested to increase the extraction amount of pineapples, which are the raw material for a brandy called Medillian, and to improve the yield. We proposed the maximum size DM60 model to juice 40 tons of pineapples per day. Two DM60 units with a processing capacity of 3 tons per hour have been installed and are designed to operate for 8 hours, processing a total of approximately 50 tons of vegetable residues through dewatering.
