We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of a dedicated equipment for bean sprouts to a bean sprout manufacturer in Saitama Prefecture. Due to the need to replace the existing dehydrator over time, there was a request to handle everything from the removal of the existing machine to the installation of the new dehydrator as a single project. Since the bean sprout production line operates almost 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the time available for machine installation was very limited. However, we were able to complete the removal and installation within just a few hours when the machines could be stopped.
