[Case Study] Ehime Prefecture Cut Vegetable Factory

Due to limited installation space, we propose a compact layout!

We would like to introduce a case where a dedicated cutting vegetable device was installed at a cut vegetable factory in Ehime Prefecture. Since they manufacture salads for convenience stores, they requested to reduce the daily waste of leafy vegetable scraps. Given the limited installation space, we proposed a compact layout, and since female employees are expected to use it, we installed a sliding-type waste inlet to make it easier for women to handle and reduce the workload.
