We would like to introduce the "Advancement Method" that we implement. There are two main types of underground pipe installation work: the open-cut method, which involves excavating the ground, laying prefabricated pipes at the bottom, and then backfilling, and the non-open-cut method, which allows for underground penetration without surface excavation. The advancement method we employ belongs to the non-open-cut category, which results in less surface excavation compared to the open-cut method. This leads to a reduction in the area occupied by construction, a decrease in construction-related nuisances such as noise, vibration, and dust, and minimizes the impact on traffic and community life. [Features] ■ Underground pipe installation work is divided into open-cut and non-open-cut methods. ■ The non-open-cut method involves less surface excavation compared to the open-cut method. ■ There is a reduction in the area occupied by construction, as well as in construction-related nuisances such as noise, vibration, and dust. ■ It excels in construction at locations where open-cutting is difficult, such as crossing tracks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Legend Pipe Method" is a new technique that combines drainage pipes with thrust construction, allowing for the speedy installation of drainage pipes in deep locations. It efficiently lowers groundwater levels and mitigates landslides and liquefaction phenomena. Thanks to the return function of the tunneling machine, it is possible to retrieve the machine by pulling it back to the launch shaft side without needing a receiving shaft. Additionally, the adoption of a slurry method allows for compatibility with high groundwater levels. The tunneling machine is equipped with a gravel crushing bit, enabling it to handle various soil types, including sandy soil, gravelly soil, and soil mixed with coarse stones. 【Features】 ■ Return retrieval type ■ Wide range of applicable soil types ■ Long-distance thrust ■ Landslide countermeasures ■ Liquefaction countermeasures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe soil pressure propulsion method involves injecting additives that promote the plastic fluidization of soil while mixing the excavated soil and filling it into the cutter chamber between the face and the partition wall. Additionally, pressure is applied through propulsion, and this soil pressure is exerted over the entire face to ensure stability. The excavated soil is discharged using a screw conveyor or similar equipment.

Free membership registrationThe Success Small Method has eliminated the need for heavy labor underground by using a continuous discharge device with a crushing mechanism. Additionally, the continuous soil and sand classification device with a shower has enabled the circulation and reuse of muddy water, significantly reducing the industrial waste discharged outside. Furthermore, continuous operation of the pushing process is possible, resulting in successful total cost reduction. This new method is environmentally friendly for both the working environment and resource environment, and it excels in cost balance.

Free membership registrationThe slurry shield tunneling method stabilizes the face by maintaining the pressure of the slurry filled in the cutter chamber of the slurry shield machine to match the earth pressure and groundwater pressure at the front of the machine. Additionally, the excavated soil is mixed with the slurry and transported out of the tunnel as a fluid, while the discharged slurry is separated into soil and slurry by a slurry treatment facility, with the slurry being sent back to the face. The piping system for the slurry supply and discharge forms a circulation circuit.

Free membership registrationAs construction increases in areas with narrow roads, such as the old town of densely populated cities, it is necessary to take measures to avoid disrupting the living environment of nearby residents due to traffic obstruction and noise. The Unicorn DH-ES is Japan's first mud-water type (single-process) PVC pipe jacking machine. Winner of the 18th Kurose Award (Technology Development Category)

Free membership registrationThe insertion method involves using a guiding pipe to perform directional correction while pushing to the arrival shaft, and then excavating with an enlarged cutter head guided by the pipe. The tip resistance is borne by the thrust transmission rod, while the thrust pipe only bears the circumferential resistance, making it a two-stage method for pushing low-load-bearing pipes.
