A method excellent for construction in hard soil.
The soil pressure propulsion method involves injecting additives that promote the plastic fluidization of soil while mixing the excavated soil and filling it into the cutter chamber between the face and the partition wall. Additionally, pressure is applied through propulsion, and this soil pressure is exerted over the entire face to ensure stability. The excavated soil is discharged using a screw conveyor or similar equipment.
