In riverbank vegetation removal work, the incineration of cut grass may be carried out. The conventional incineration method generates a large amount of smoke due to combustion temperatures of 400 to 500 degrees, requiring considerable effort to consider the surrounding area. Additionally, there have been cases where incineration work could not proceed as scheduled due to rain and other factors. This device achieves combustion temperatures exceeding 900 degrees with a dedicated frame and compressor, significantly reducing smoke emissions. It can mitigate the impact on the surrounding environment. Furthermore, it enables an increase in the incineration volume by 2.6 times compared to conventional incineration methods. By improving the efficiency and productivity of the incineration work, which is the final stage of the project, the stress on the construction personnel is alleviated. Moreover, while the conventional method sometimes resulted in delays in incineration work due to bad weather such as rain, this device can reduce the number of days required for incineration, greatly contributing to the completion of incineration work within the project timeline.

Free membership registrationThe Yamata Siphon installed in Iga City, Mie Prefecture has been operating smoothly since its installation. Therefore, we calculated how much cost reduction has been achieved compared to the conventional water replacement method. The fuel costs, underwater pump, and generator rental required for the conventional method amount to about 600,000 yen per month. Since the Yamata Siphon does not use fuel, underwater pumps, or generators, it can significantly reduce those costs. Even after deducting the lease fee for this equipment, there is still a cost cut of about 500,000 yen!

Free membership registrationAt the pond in Kyoto, renovation work was carried out, and due to the decrease in water level, we received inquiries about the hybrid Yamata siphon. Considering the local conditions, we proposed a φ100mm siphon drainage system. Through siphon drainage, we were able to lower the water level of the pond, which is 50m wide and 50m deep, by approximately 1m per day. Transportation and installation were carried out using a small backhoe and six workers. With a piping extension of 80m and a height difference of 10m between the pond's water level and the discharge outlet, we achieved drainage of 1.7m³ per minute with zero fuel consumption through siphon drainage.

Free membership registrationA company that was considering lowering the water level in a reservoir in Iga City, Mie Prefecture, contacted us regarding the hybrid Yamata siphon. Considering the local conditions, we installed a φ100mm siphon drainage system. Through siphon drainage, we were able to lower the water level of the reservoir, which is 100m wide and 100m deep, by 20cm per day. The site was inaccessible to large machinery, so transportation and installation were carried out using a small all-terrain transport vehicle and seven workers. Additionally, due to the difficulty of transporting a 4-inch submersible pump and a three-phase generator for starting the siphon, we used three 2-inch submersible pumps and a portable generator that could be carried by hand to initiate the siphon. With a 100m extension of the piping and a height difference of 10m between the water level in the reservoir and the discharge outlet, we achieved a drainage rate of 2m³ per minute with zero fuel consumption through siphon drainage. This drainage rate of 2m³ per minute was comparable to that of a φ150mm submersible pump powered by electricity.

Free membership registrationThis is a device that easily initiates drainage due to a decrease in water level in places with elevation differences, such as agricultural ponds, using a suction hose and dedicated components. Because it operates on the principle of siphoning, fuel costs are nearly zero. This allows for significant cost reductions in fuel expenses, and it also reduces the hassle of refueling. The device with a diameter of 100mm can be transported manually and can be installed in locations where heavy machinery cannot access. The greater the elevation difference, the more drainage capacity increases; in practice, the 100mm device has recorded drainage rates of over 2m³ per minute. This is roughly equivalent to the drainage volume achieved using conventional 150mm submersible pumps powered by electricity.

Free membership registrationThe "Hybrid Yamatachi Siphon Drainage Device" is a system that allows for drainage work at construction sites with minimal fuel costs, based on the principle of "priming." It is a system that utilizes the "elevation difference" found in natural dams and sediment control construction sites. In the case of underwater pump methods, a generator and a large amount of fuel are required to operate the pump 24 hours a day. However, with this product, the pump is only used at the initial stage! Once switched to siphon water delivery, there is no need for a power source, allowing for "significant fuel cost reduction"! Compared to underwater pump methods, fuel consumption is only 0.0007%! 【Reasons to Choose This Product】 ■ No power source is needed after the water delivery starts! Fuel costs can be reduced over a long period! ■ Switching the water delivery is easy, just turning the generator on and off! ■ NETIS certified product (Registration Number: CB-160016-A) ■ We will propose devices of φ200mm and φ100mm according to site conditions. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Terraced Rice Field Fishway" by Yamachin Group is a fan-shaped fishway that allows fish to ascend from any angle, 180 degrees. Its unique "slit pool wall structure" using pebbles ensures that the pool is shallow and does not accumulate sediment, eliminating the need for maintenance! Even with low river water levels, it secures an ascent route, and construction is simplified by just laying the terraced fishway blocks, significantly reducing the burden on the site. I conducted research on fishways at the Graduate School of Gifu University and obtained a doctorate. There is also a wealth of academic data regarding the terraced fishway, making it a highly reliable product. 【Key Points for Choosing This Product】 ■ Jointly developed patented fishway with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and Yamachin Group! ■ Solves the issues of traditional fishways with a 180-degree opening! ■ Promotes fish ascent with a unique slit pool wall made of pebbles! ■ Maintenance-free structure that prevents sediment accumulation! ■ Verification of ascent by bottom-dwelling fish and aquatic insects confirmed after installation! ■ Made into concrete secondary products, ensuring quality while simplifying construction. ★ A collection of design and construction examples of the "Terraced Rice Field Fishway" from various locations across the country can be viewed by downloading the catalog below. Additionally, for those interested, we also have a paper verifying the ascent effect available.
