Fuel costs are 0.0007% of the submersible pump! A completely new drainage treatment device using "priming water"! It is effective in sites with elevation differences such as erosion control projects and reservoirs!
The "Hybrid Yamatachi Siphon Drainage Device" is a system that allows for drainage work at construction sites with minimal fuel costs, based on the principle of "priming." It is a system that utilizes the "elevation difference" found in natural dams and sediment control construction sites. In the case of underwater pump methods, a generator and a large amount of fuel are required to operate the pump 24 hours a day. However, with this product, the pump is only used at the initial stage! Once switched to siphon water delivery, there is no need for a power source, allowing for "significant fuel cost reduction"! Compared to underwater pump methods, fuel consumption is only 0.0007%! 【Reasons to Choose This Product】 ■ No power source is needed after the water delivery starts! Fuel costs can be reduced over a long period! ■ Switching the water delivery is easy, just turning the generator on and off! ■ NETIS certified product (Registration Number: CB-160016-A) ■ We will propose devices of φ200mm and φ100mm according to site conditions. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Expected Effects** - Significant reduction in fuel costs during drainage operations due to the principle of siphoning. - Reduction in the number of refueling operations, streamlining the labor involved in refueling tasks. - The initiation of drainage through siphoning is safe and easy, allowing anyone to operate it. - Using a dedicated flange for the suction hose prevents disconnection at the joint. - Additionally, it allows for the relocation of connected suction hoses, increasing work efficiency. - It is possible to assemble on a stable platform or work yard and then relocate from there. *Note: This device utilizes a system that takes advantage of elevation differences, so the drainage volume may vary depending on the site.* *Note: Siphoning can be performed if the highest point of the hose piped from the water level in the kettle is within 6 meters.* *Note: It is possible to estimate the approximate discharge volume in advance using calculation formulas. Installation Overview Diagram In the kettle area, a submersible pump and siphon suction pipe are arranged, extending a hose to the discharge side through a dedicated component called Y-Gatchan. The hose at the discharge point is extended to a position lower than the water level in the kettle area. The greater the height difference between the water level in the kettle area and the position of the discharge point, the larger the discharge volume will be. The discharge volume varies due to the hose extension and this height difference.
-
Dedicated component "Y-Gatchan" function description This is a dedicated component shaped like the letter "Y" in the alphabet. It has the function of switching between water delivery from an underwater pump and water delivery via siphon.
-
Status of φ200mm setting This is the installation status of the φ200mm Yamatatsu siphon drainage system. The deployment of the hose will be carried out using a rough terrain crane.
-
Installation and Drainage Status of φ100mm This is the installation and drainage status of the φ100mm Yamata Siphon drainage system. The φ100mm device allows for manual deployment of the hose, enabling a quicker setup compared to the φ200mm. It can be installed in areas that are difficult for heavy machinery to access, as long as there is space for people to enter. Heavy machinery such as backhoes is utilized for the construction of the kiln and the installation of submersible pumps.

φ200mm Yamatatsu Siphon Drainage Device | This is a complete set of equipment that combines a φ200mm suction hose and dedicated components. Installation is carried out using heavy machinery such as rough terrain cranes. It is suitable for use in sites requiring natural dams or large-scale drainage. |
φ100mm Yamatatsu Siphon Drainage Device | This is a complete set of equipment that combines a φ100mm suction hose and dedicated components. The deployment of the suction hose can be done manually. Installation of the kettle area and submersible pumps requires heavy machinery such as backhoes. There are many scenarios for use in sites where large machinery cannot enter, such as water replacement work in erosion control projects, drainage of ponds, and supplying water to agricultural irrigation channels. |

Yamachin Group is supported by the understanding and guidance of many people, and with the corporate philosophy of "creativity, ingenuity, and tireless effort," we are committed to contributing to the local community alongside the development of our company. By engaging in civil engineering projects that involve nature, we consider how to conduct construction with respect for the natural environment, learn many lessons from it, and aim to create a "distinctive company" among numerous construction contractors. In 1991, we established the Environmental Division and began "environmental conservation activities unique to the construction industry," developing and proposing various environmental products such as natural stone block series for river environment conservation, various fishway series tailored to installation locations, and the "Hybrid Eco Pump," an underwater pump that operates without electricity. We have worked on promoting and raising awareness of environmentally friendly construction methods. Thanks to this, we have been adopted in numerous projects, and we are grateful to be contributing to environmental conservation. Yamachin Group will continue to take on challenges through the construction industry, working on "proposals dedicated to the natural environment of our hometown" and contributing to global environmental conservation.
