This is a SB separation waterproofing method for waterproof sheets with excellent retention and waterproof performance.

The SB separator waterproofing method for waterproof sheets incorporates our developed waterproofing materials and anchor bolts. The retention of the concrete formwork is handled by a "screw bit," and a "large waterproofing ring" is installed at the separator penetration holes that occur in the waterproof sheet to prevent leakage. Additionally, this method does not require welding, eliminating the risk of damage to the waterproof sheet from sparks. Leakage in concrete structures and buildings can be reliably stopped using injection methods!

Concrete is used in a wide range of structures, both above and below ground, such as tunnels, dams, bridges, and buildings. However, issues like cracks that occur after construction have been a long-standing challenge. Among these, water leakage from cracks can lead to rusting of the reinforcing steel inside the structure if left untreated, causing expansion and further widening of the cracks, ultimately leading to structural integrity problems. Alpha-Zor-G is an injection-type water stop agent that penetrates into fine cracks and voids associated with water leakage, not only blocking and filling them but also providing long-term water-stopping effects and safety. It is a product that complies with the "Guidelines for Tunnel Lining Reinforcement Measures" published by East Japan Expressway Company, Central Japan Expressway Company, and West Japan Expressway Company in April 2020. It is effective against seeping, oozing, or dripping water leakage in concrete structures and buildings. Additionally, by using auxiliary agents, it can also handle strong water leaks. Applicable to concrete structures, utility tunnels, waterproof layer restoration, underground structures, pipe connections, culvert joints, segment joints, construction joints, tunnels, rooftops of buildings and apartments, garages, exterior walls, bridges and abutments, riverbanks, sewage systems, irrigation channels, dams, and highly aesthetic structures (such as museums), etc.
