調整池内に設置された 石川県金沢市にある「東金沢スポーツ広場スケートパーク」 ただ昔から2・3年に一度路面修理を行っているはずなのに 路面の劣化が酷く、転倒すれば必ず流血・・・。 調整池内ということもあり、雨水が溜まりやすく コンクリートにとって一番傷みやすい環境下でした。 金沢市スケートボード協会のご協力にて、 市が予算をつけ、路面改修を行わせていただくことが出来ました。 米国製の大型研磨機を使って荒れたコンクリート路面を削り、凹んだところは屋外でも使用できる米国製の特殊樹脂を充填し、平滑面をつくり、更に浸透性表面強化材「シールハード」と吸水抑制剤「アクアペル・プラス」で耐摩耗性と雨水耐性を向上させた仕上を行いました。 最後にスケボーで実走し、適正なグリップ感があるかどうかも確認。 ツルツルな表面によみがえっただけでなく、耐摩耗性、雨水耐性のある長寿命な路面に仕上がりました！ ローカルスケーターからは「スケボー歴15年だけどこんな路面は初めて」と嬉しいお言葉もいただきました。 施工から2年たった今もツルツルの路面が継続されています。

The "Musashino Park Skateboard Plaza" has reopened in Fuchu City, Tokyo. It was originally established but closed in January 2024 due to safety concerns. The renovated park features a combination of modular sections and concrete sections! The modular sections are movable and have a short construction period, while the concrete sections allow for complex designs, combining the best aspects of both. The park is made up of smaller sections, attracting attention as a space that can be used by beginners to advanced skaters. It is more of a "park for everyone" rather than just a "competition park," drawing many skaters from outside the prefecture. Thanks to the improvement of the park's surface, we received positive feedback from users who expressed a desire for similar work to be done on their local parks! The floor of the Super Center PLANT Kurobe store was constructed with "Seal Hard Premium." It features a combination of good appearance, high durability, and low maintenance.
The supercenter PLANT Kurobe store (Toyama Prefecture), which opened in October 2020, has been constructed using Seal Hard Premium. Since Seal Hard has been adopted for store floors by PLANT for over 20 years due to its lower construction and maintenance costs compared to P tiles, recent stores have shifted to long sheet vinyl and P tiles for reasons such as lack of color and cleanliness. The reason Seal Hard was adopted again for the Kurobe store is due to advancements in polished concrete technology, which allows for the creation of clean-looking floors. This project was undertaken by our construction department as the main contractor, with a focus on concrete quality from the very beginning. During the pouring process, we used "Moacrite: fluidizing without adding water" and "E-CON: pouring aid" to reduce trowel marks and cracks, aiming for a uniform appearance. At the finishing stage, we performed "SSP-100: joint filling" to prevent debris accumulation and corner chipping in the joints. The PLANT Kurobe store boasts one of the highest levels of concrete flooring in commercial facilities in Japan. We applied 【Seal Hard W】 to the floors of a first section listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This special finish includes joint filling and oil absorption suppression agents. It is a floor that protects the operation and functioning of the factory.
We constructed the factory floor that was newly established between 2019 and 2020. We applied [Seal Hard W, Petrotex, SSP100] for a company that manufactures industrial robots. This company has incorporated various flooring solutions up to the present. As a result of continuing with painted floors, they were troubled by high costs, peeling, lifting, and oil stains. Our company had products that could contribute to solving these issues. Seal Hard specializes in preventing peeling and lifting. Furthermore, to achieve a stronger floor, we divided the construction period into two phases with a W specification, boasting 1.4 times the wear resistance of the standard specification. Petrotex, made from oil absorption-reducing and permeable materials, can reduce damage from water and oil, serving as a countermeasure against oil splashes in factories. Additionally, to suppress cracks, we performed joint cutting followed by joint filling. SSP100 is one answer to preventing debris blockage and handling induced joints. It is a micro-elastic joint filler that follows concrete shrinkage. In factories with heavy traffic, corner chipping is inevitable, and this product helps prevent that. This has resulted in one of the highest quality concrete finishing floors in Japan. With such a high-quality floor, maintenance becomes extremely easy.
