Super Hozen Method for Long-Life Road Bridges

A method for extending the lifespan of road bridges by securely integrating existing deck slabs with thickening materials.

The "Super Hozen Method" is one of the techniques for extending the lifespan of bridge deck slabs. It involves securely fastening mesh reinforcement to the underside of existing concrete slabs using tapered T-type anchors without restricting vehicle traffic. This method alleviates vibrations and impacts on the deck slab, and after applying a thick layer of polymer cement mortar, low-pressure epoxy resin injection is performed to completely integrate with the existing slab. By placing anchors in a manner that spreads from the center of the steel reinforcement, tension is introduced throughout, creating a relatively stable state. This allows for the distribution of stress in the existing slab, thereby reducing the amount of deformation. Additionally, the ultra-low viscosity epoxy resin injected at low pressure travels through the back of the steel reinforcement or along the introduction path to fill fine voids and cracks, resulting in a denser reinforcement cross-section that ensures complete integration with the existing slab at "full cross-section." *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Low-pressure resin injection method, Tarpan Type 2 method * Optimal for concrete cracking.

A low-pressure injection method that achieves a high filling rate that could not be achieved with high-pressure injection methods such as grouting pumps!

The actual internal cracks have a complex shape and are not smooth like acrylic sheets. When injected with a grout pump, the pressure is high, which speeds up the injection time, but considering the filling properties, it is not necessarily true that high pressure is always good. Additionally, there are methods that only involve sealing techniques or applying epoxy to the surface, but these only treat the surface, leaving the internal cracks as they are, which could lead to the widening of cracks in the future or act as a trigger for cracks to develop in other areas. 【Features】 ■ Easy handling of injection equipment! ■ A wide variety of bases! ■ Available in flat bases, corner bases, narrow L-shaped joints for use in tight spaces, and holders, making it adaptable to any site! ■ A trusted product featured in the LPIS (Automatic Low-Pressure Resin Injection Method Guidebook)! *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.

High-pressure water flow concrete treatment "Water Jet Method"

Remove only the concrete part without damaging the internal rebar! Adjustments can be made according to the finishing application. 【*Nationwide construction support available】

The "Water Jet Method" involves ejecting water, pressurized by a super high-pressure pump, as a high-speed water jet from a small-diameter nozzle to perform tasks such as concrete surface peeling, roughening, coating removal, and cleaning. The high-pressure water flow from this method is suitable for removing deteriorated concrete sections. Additionally, by adjusting the pressure of the water jet, it is possible to remove coatings applied to surfaces such as buildings, making it also suitable for asbestos removal work. 【Features】 ■ Concrete removal ■ Coating removal ■ Asbestos removal *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
