Column Ground Reinforcement Method "SEP Method (Simple, Eco, Pile)"

Pursuing simplicity in ground reinforcement! Applicable even in sandy ground where groundwater levels fluctuate.

The "SEP Method (Simple, Eco, Pile)" is a columnar ground reinforcement method that maintains a stable construction speed across a wide range of soil types with a simple work procedure. It generates minimal residual soil and reduces the need for soil transportation. Due to its screw excavation method, it is easy to construct even in hard intermediate layers and is applicable to humus soil and loam. Additionally, the drum-equipped screw compresses the excavated soil against the wall of the hole, reducing the amount of soil to be discharged. The excavated soil is generated on-site, making disposal easy. 【Features】 ■ Fast construction (shortened construction period) ■ Economic design possible with four different diameters ■ Wide range of applicable soil types ■ Reduction of discharged soil ■ As it is a method that does not mix with soil, hexavalent chromium does not leach out *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ground reinforcement method "SEP method"

A simple construction method that replaces cement milk! It is not affected by soil quality.

The "SEP method" is a pile-type ground reinforcement technique aimed at small-scale structures. A soil-extraction suppression screw device is rotated and pressed into the ground, and after reaching a predetermined depth, cement milk mixed with SES is injected while pulling up the drilling rod, thereby constructing a replacement column. The pile diameter can be selected from φ200mm to 350mm, providing significant bearing capacity, and the applicable ground conditions range from sandy soil to clayey soil at depths of 1.5m to 10m. 【Features】 ■ Simple construction ■ Provides stability in quality ■ Gives significant bearing capacity to the foundation *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Internal Pressure Filling Joint Reinforcement Method "IPH Method"

Measures for extending the lifespan of concrete structures and preventing re-deterioration.

The "IPH Method" is a technology that achieves "strength recovery" and "extended lifespan" for concrete structures that have deteriorated due to aging or earthquakes. This method replaces the air present inside the concrete with injected resin, allowing it to fill even the finest cracks at the ends by diffusing radially from the drilled holes. Additionally, it not only enhances the adhesion strength of reinforced concrete but also provides a high anti-corrosion effect, leading to improved durability. The method has received technical evaluation from the Japan Society of Civil Engineers and has obtained a patent. 【Features】 ■ High-density filling ■ Reinforcement anti-corrosion and neutralization suppression ■ Strength recovery and durability improvement ■ Enhanced cost-effectiveness and environmental measures *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Insulation, waterproofing, and reinforcement method "Spray Method"

It can be constructed in a short period of time while keeping costs down.

The "Spray Method" is a technique that involves spraying a special three-layer resin onto aging slate roofs and corrugated roofs in factories, creating insulation, waterproofing, and reinforcement effects all at once without any gaps. The first layer consists of a strong adhesive insulating foam layer, the second layer is a waterproof reinforcement layer with high strength and elasticity, and the third layer is a paint that is resistant to ultraviolet rays and fire, which protects the roof from various environmental factors. 【Features】 ■ Can be applied during operation ■ Seamless application due to spraying, allowing for uniform waterproofing and insulation reinforcement ■ Can encapsulate slate roofs that may contain asbestos ■ Three-layer structure reduces rain noise ■ Measures against summer heat, etc. *Service area extends from the entire Kyushu region to Yamaguchi Prefecture. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Jack-up rotation construction method

Construction method suitable for the erection of superstructures with Takahashi piers.

The "Jack-Up Rotating Erection Method" is a construction technique where steel girders are sequentially assembled alongside bridge piers using jacks, and after assembly is complete, the girders are rotated and erected using wire ropes. Using the jack-up equipment installed at the base of the bridge pier, the main girder is raised, and then the girder is inserted and joined, followed by vertical jack-up along the bridge pier. This series of operations is repeated to attach the girder to the rotation pin at the top of the bridge pier. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for superstructure erection with high bridge piers ■ Effective when planning adjacent areas of the bridge for launching yards is difficult ■ A method that minimizes high-altitude work ■ Suitable for the erection of small main girder bridges *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

RC structure concrete repair work

Technology to stop deterioration, the power to restore durability.

Even if the concrete is chipped as shown in the photo, it is possible to carry out repairs. First, clean the bonding surface with a grinding process and carefully apply rust-inhibiting primer (Asahi Bond Rust-Inhibiting Primer) to the rebar sections. Next, use epoxy resin (Tafron G-2030) to inject into the joint area to prevent any gaps. After that, evenly apply epoxy mortar (Asahi Bond BE13) to the joint area. This process is similarly applied to the side of the chipped concrete. Finally, ensure that the joint is firmly adhered and take measures to support it from below with wood to prevent any falling.

Steel brace floor reinforcement method

No more worries about sinking floors! Reinforced sturdily with steel supports.

What is a steel post? A steel post is a metal support used as a "post" to support the underfloor of houses and buildings. Compared to traditional wooden posts, it excels in durability, strength, and ease of installation, playing an important role in preventing floor sagging and sinking. Features of steel posts ✅ High durability Made of steel, they are resistant to corrosion and do not have the risk of termite damage like wooden posts. They excel in water resistance and weather resistance, maintaining stable strength over a long period. ✅ High strength They have a higher load-bearing capacity than wooden posts, effectively preventing floor sinking and sagging. They are especially ideal for placing heavy furniture or enhancing seismic resistance. ✅ Adjustable height Equipped with a screw-type adjustment feature, they can be finely adjusted to match the floor height. Maintenance after installation is also easy, allowing for a level floor to be maintained for a long time. ✅ Easy installation Lightweight and easy to handle, they can accommodate various installation methods such as screw fastening, adhesive fixing, and bolt fixing. They are also ideal for renovations and reinforcement work. ✅ Economical and excellent cost performance They last longer than wooden posts and require less maintenance, making them superior in cost performance in the long run.

Steel beam penetration hole reinforcement method "PosiRing Method" [Shortens steel fabrication time]

A penetration hole reinforcement method that emphasizes welding volume and workability for small to medium-sized properties with many penetration holes below φ300, aiming for labor-saving efficiency!

The Posiring method is a construction technique that reinforces through-holes provided in steel beams. The "Posiring method" being released this time is a product developed specifically for small to medium-sized projects with many through-holes of φ300 or less, focusing on reducing welding volume and improving workability for labor-saving purposes. 【Features】 ■ No need for marking and flipping the beams. This can shorten the manufacturing time of the steel structure. By inserting the protrusion to align with the lower hole, positioning can be achieved, allowing the marking work to be omitted. Additionally, since flipping the beams is not necessary, the manufacturing time of the steel structure can be reduced. ■ Construction is possible with fillet welding. Welding volume can be reduced. The installation is completed by performing fillet welding around the entire circumference of the Posiring. Therefore, after assembly welding, it can be smoothly installed without the need for flipping the beams. ■ It has obtained evaluation from the Japan Building Center. The structural performance and workability have been evaluated based on full-scale experiments and analyses, receiving certification from the Japan Building Center (a public interest incorporated foundation). *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.
