C-ring method

Achieve easy transportation! Suitable for fall prevention in high-altitude work.

The "C Ring Method" utilizes a "C Ring" with a pulley in a cut-out shape, eliminating the need to replace fall arrest devices (safety belts) that were traditionally changed for each span, allowing for free movement on scaffolding. By using various shaped parts, it can also be used as a pulley or trolley. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Lineup】 ■ Scaffolding Through ■ Trolley Through ■ Hoist Through ■ Parts *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Grout material for gap filling "Naoshitaru G"

Maintains high strength performance and non-shrink properties! Grout material suitable for repair and reinforcement work using the press-in method.

"Naoshitaru G" is a premixed type of grout material for void filling that can be used by adding a specified amount of water and mixing it during use. Due to its high thixotropic properties, it exhibits excellent filling performance without causing construction defects (such as voids) even in cavities that expand vertically, which conventional non-shrink grouts could not handle. 【Features】 ■ Can fill sloped sections and vertically expanding cavities ■ High strength performance ■ High non-shrink performance ■ Suitable for a wide range of structural repairs ■ Can fill minimum clearances of up to 2mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Achievements] Seismic Retrofit Work 'JSPAC Method'

Even while under construction, it is possible to carry out construction! A reinforcement method that accommodates all types of concrete buildings.

We introduce the construction achievements of the next-generation seismic reinforcement method "JSPAC Method," developed as an easy and advanced reinforcement technique suitable for all types of concrete buildings. Since it allows for construction tailored to the shape of various parts of the building, it can be applied to a wide range of structures, including apartments, office buildings, and school buildings. Ensuring safety during construction has also become easier, allowing for work to be done while the building is in use. 【Features】 ■ Construction can be performed while the building is occupied ■ Capable of accommodating diverse types of buildings ■ Minimal impact on the building's design ■ Excellent seismic performance with minimal construction ■ Can be executed at lower costs and with energy savings compared to conventional methods *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Non-destructive testing series for roads: "Road Structure Diagnosis System using FWD"

From partial excavation surveys to overall repair ranking evaluation of the route! Non-destructive investigation of roads.

We would like to introduce our non-destructive testing series for roads, the "Road Structure Diagnosis System using FWD." By using a load generation device mounted inside the vehicle, we apply an impact load to the pavement that is almost equivalent to that of a large vehicle, and measure the deflection shape of the pavement surface. By analyzing the "pavement deflection" measured by the FWD measurement vehicle, we can non-destructively evaluate the condition of the pavement. 【On-site Measurement, Evaluation, and Diagnosis Flow】 ■ Measurement of deflection using FWD ■ Evaluation of pavement condition ■ Proposal of repair methods ■ Development of repair plans *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Reinforcement method using unreinforced foundation carbon fiber plate insertion

Easy installation for increased durability! Choose carbon fiber plates.

Procedure for Reinforcement Method Using Non-Reinforced Foundation Carbon Fiber Plate Insertion 1. Site Investigation and Preparation Investigate the condition of the foundation and identify the reinforcement areas. Create a reinforcement plan and clean the construction area in preparation. 2. Surface Treatment Clean the surface of the foundation and, if necessary, process grooves using a diamond cutter, based on the depth and width specified in the design plan. 3. Preparation of Plates Cut the carbon fiber plates to match the design and prepare the specialized epoxy resin adhesive. 4. Plate Insertion Insert the CF plates into the grooves, seal the grooves with epoxy putty, and install the epoxy resin injection dome. 5. Curing and Air Release After the epoxy putty has cured, create air release holes using a drill at both ends of the slit and between the injection domes. 6. Epoxy Resin Injection Inject the epoxy resin. If the resin leaks from the air release holes, it indicates that the filling of the resin has been sufficiently completed.

[Dyed Q Technology Construction Case] Nitto Zinc Co., Ltd.

Revitalize the strength and appearance of aging factories with the Dye Q Technology reinforcement method!

We would like to introduce a case where the Dye Q Technology reinforcement method was applied at Nitto Zinc Co., Ltd. In the company's manufacturing plant, the steel structures and roofing materials had deteriorated over many years of use, with rust and corrosion becoming prominent. Since dismantling or new construction would require high costs and a long construction period, they were looking for a method to repair the facility in a short time while keeping the plant operational. Therefore, they adopted the Dye Q Technology reinforcement method, which allowed them to permeate new materials into the deteriorated areas and restore strength in a short period. Because the work could be carried out while the plant was operational, they were able to minimize the impact on production. [Challenges] - The steel structures and roofing materials had deteriorated over many years of use, with rust and corrosion becoming prominent. - In particular, the external stairs had fallen below safety standards in terms of strength. - There was a need to ensure the safety of employees. - They were looking for a method to repair the facility in a short time while keeping the plant operational. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
