In our country, during the period of rapid economic growth, approximately 10 billion cubic meters of concrete structures were built, many of which have experienced deterioration over time, leading to repair work being carried out in various locations. However, Japan has a strong concept of "scrap and build," and the technology related to repair and reinforcement is somewhat lagging compared to overseas. Therefore, Oba Construction Co., Ltd.'s Environmental Civil Engineering Division has started as a specialized department for the repair of concrete structures, aiming for high-quality repairs of domestic concrete structures by actively introducing new technologies and overseas techniques. As a new technology for crack repair, we have adopted the "pressure-adjusted injection method." By applying appropriate pressure with a pump while permeating the repair material, the material reliably reaches the depths of the cracks, and it can accommodate widths of up to 0.02 mm. Additionally, we own a German-made ultra-high-pressure water jet machine, which enables high-quality surface treatment, chipping, coating removal, and cleaning compared to existing methods.
