Even if the concrete is chipped as shown in the photo, it is possible to carry out repairs. First, clean the bonding surface with a grinding process and carefully apply rust-inhibiting primer (Asahi Bond Rust-Inhibiting Primer) to the rebar sections. Next, use epoxy resin (Tafron G-2030) to inject into the joint area to prevent any gaps. After that, evenly apply epoxy mortar (Asahi Bond BE13) to the joint area. This process is similarly applied to the side of the chipped concrete. Finally, ensure that the joint is firmly adhered and take measures to support it from below with wood to prevent any falling.
