[Special Feature on Preventing Red Rust in Piping] Preventing Water Leakage in Hot Water Pipes at Whittington Hospital, UK

The red rust in the hot water piping of Whittington Hospital in the UK has been converted to black rust, demonstrating the anti-corrosion and prolonging effects on the piping.

Whittington Hospital (affiliated with the NHS) was built in the 1860s, and as a result, the building has deteriorated, with the hot water piping having not been updated for approximately 30 to 40 years since the last renovation. If this situation continues, the risk of clogs and leaks due to corrosion in the hot water pipes is high, so we decided to introduce the red rust prevention device "NMR Pipe Protector." As a result of installing the NMR Pipe Protector, the occurrence of new red rust has been completely prevented, and there have been no instances of red water, proving that the hot water piping has been significantly extended in its lifespan. Additionally, the interior of the piping is protected from black rust by the NMR Pipe Protector, preventing the progression of red rust corrosion, allowing the piping to be used until the building's lifespan as long as the NMR Pipe Protector is installed. [Installation Results] ■ Piping can be used until the building's lifespan ■ Significant cost reductions achieved ■ No need for water outages * Customer testimonials (recommendation letters) and other PDF materials are available for free! * Please feel free to contact us first.

The NMR pipe protector was featured on the business program "Corporate Spirit."

There are over 4,200 installations! The "NMR Pipe Protector" is a device for preventing red rust in pipes.

The piping rust prevention device "NMR Pipe Protector" was introduced on the Tokyo MX business program "Corporate Spirit." This product has the function of transforming red rust into black rust. By reducing the size of water aggregates and utilizing free electrons in water, it reduces red rust in the piping to black rust. While suppressing the occurrence of new red rust, it reduces existing red rust to black rust, thereby strengthening the piping itself. Black rust forms a dense film on the surface of iron, protecting it from red rust, which corrodes iron. It has been used as a rust preventive since ancient times and is still used today for coatings on iron items such as Nambu iron kettles and Chinese woks. This product leverages the advantages of black rust to extend the lifespan of piping. [NMR Pipe Protector Features] - Can fundamentally solve the red rust problem - Excellent cost performance - Installation work is small-scale (no need for water stoppage) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Pipe rust prevention, the BBC in the UK has introduced NMR pipe protectors.

Preventing red rust in the air conditioning pipes of the BBC and extending the lifespan of the pipes by preventing leaks with the red rust prevention device "NMR Pipe Protector."

The air conditioning piping in the BBC's main block building is 53 years old and has been experiencing leaks due to red rust deterioration. To avoid disruptions in program production during the pipe renewal work, a red rust prevention device called the "NMR Pipe Protector" was installed. The effectiveness of the NMR Pipe Protector in preventing red rust was verified in just about a month. Before installation, the iron content in the circulating water of the cooling water piping in the main block building was very high at 5.53 mg/L, indicating serious red rust deterioration. However, a water quality test conducted 32 days after the installation of the NMR Pipe Protector showed a significant reduction to 0.05 mg/L, which is less than 1/100 of the previous value, demonstrating the rust prevention effect due to the black rust formation caused by the NMR Pipe Protector. In the Stage 5 building, the iron content was also very high at 3.80 mg/L before the installation of the NMR Pipe Protector, but after installation, it decreased to about 0.06 mg/L, which is approximately 1/63 of the previous value, completely preventing red rust deterioration in the cooling water piping. Even in the 53-year-old BBC building, the high effectiveness of red rust prevention has been proven to prevent leaks and extend the life of the piping. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[NMR Pipe Protector Verification Results] Water Supply Pipe in Binh Phuc Province, Vietnam

The red rust inside the cast iron water distribution pipe has turned into black rust! It has been proven that the leaching of red rust into the water has been completely prevented.

In the water supply district of Huong Canh in Binh Phuoc Province, Vietnam, cast iron pipes (150A) have been in use for 15 years, leading to the progression of red rust corrosion inside the pipes, resulting in the frequent occurrence of red water. To address this red water issue, a red rust prevention device called "NMR Pipe Protector" was installed at the base of the cast iron water supply pipe (150A). Before installation, the water color and the amount of red rust at the sampling points were as follows: the northern sampling point, located 500 meters north of the installation site, had a light brown color and 7.0 mg/l of red rust; the western sampling point, located 300 meters west, had a brown color and 8.0 mg/l; and the southern sampling point, located 600 meters south, had a dark brown color and 23 mg/l. Two weeks after installation, the northern sampling point showed a lighter color and a reduction in red rust to 4.6 mg/l. The western point also nearly lost its color, decreasing to 2.0 mg/l. The southern point changed to a light brown color with a reduction to 12 mg/l. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[NMR Pipe Protector Verification Results] Izu Ohni Country Club

The progress of red rust completely stopped just one month after installation! A case where the discoloration of the filter also decreased!

This property has been in existence for 33 years, and due to significant red rust blockage at the joints of dissimilar metals in the water supply pipes, we adopted the pipe rehabilitation device "NMR Pipe Protector." Before the installation of the NMR Pipe Protector, a white filter was attached to the kitchen sink water supply faucet for seven days, during which the filter became discolored to a brownish color due to the red rust generated in the water supply pipes. After dissolving the captured iron content with purified water and measuring the iron concentration, it was found that the iron concentration in the water was 21 mg/l, indicating that the red rust corrosion in the pipes was very advanced. One month after installation, a white filter was attached under the same conditions as before, and it was confirmed that the discoloration of the filter had reduced to light brown, with the iron concentration decreasing significantly to 5.8 mg/l. Furthermore, six months after installation, a white filter was again attached under the same conditions, and it was confirmed that the filter's discoloration had nearly reduced to white, with the iron concentration further decreasing significantly to 0.75 mg/l. From this, it can be concluded that just one month after the installation of the NMR Pipe Protector, the progression of red rust was completely halted, and at the same time, the surface of the red rust in the water supply pipes transformed into a non-soluble black rust, resulting in a reduction of iron leaching into the water and a decrease in filter discoloration.

[NMR Pipe Protector Verification Results] Palace of Westminster

The new red rust formation occurring inside the pipes has completely stopped, and the existing red rust has turned into black rust!

The Palace of Westminster is currently used as the UK Parliament and is one of the most famous buildings in the UK. It is located on the banks of the River Thames in central London and is a structure over 150 years old that was rebuilt around 1860. In one of the multiple buildings (the Guard Room), the air conditioning hot water piping was severely corroded due to red rust. To prevent the occurrence of new red rust in this piping system, one "NMR Pipe Protector PT-75DS" was installed in the air conditioning hot water piping on the secondary side of the boiler. The iron content in the water before the installation of the NMR Pipe Protector was 3.9 mg/l, but it decreased to 2.38 mg/l 34 days after installation. It was confirmed that 59 days after installation, the iron content in the water had decreased to 1.48 mg/l, which is less than half of the pre-installation value. This result demonstrated that the occurrence of new red rust in the piping was completely stopped, and the existing red rust was converted to black rust, which does not dissolve in water and protects the piping with a corrosion-resistant layer. With the installation of the NMR Pipe Protector, the air conditioning hot water piping can now be used semi-permanently as long as the building remains standing.

[NMR Pipe Protector Verification Results] Nursing Facility #HO

The red rust in the water supply pipe has transformed into hard crystalline black rust with a volume reduction of 1/10! The rehabilitation of the piping due to the black rust formation from red rust has been confirmed!

This nursing facility had experienced significant deterioration due to red rust in the water supply and hot water supply pipes. Therefore, when the building was 25 years old, we installed the red rust prevention device "NMR Pipe Protector" in the water supply pipe on the secondary side of the rooftop water tank and in the hot water pipe on the secondary side of the boiler. Before the installation of the NMR Pipe Protector, the iron ion concentration in the water supply was 2.27 mg/l, and the color degree was 20, indicating severe deterioration due to red rust in the pipes. Four weeks after the installation of the NMR Pipe Protector, the iron ion concentration in the water was reduced to 0.46 mg/l, and the color degree improved to 5, showing a significant improvement in water quality. Furthermore, the water quality test results 12 weeks after installation showed that the iron ion concentration in the water was 0.03 mg/l, and the color degree was less than 0.5. The red rust in the water supply pipe had transformed into hard black rust with a volume reduction of 1/10, stopping the leaching of red rust into the water. The rehabilitation of the pipes due to the black rust formation from red rust was confirmed. As a result, it has been demonstrated that by continuing to use the NMR Pipe Protector, both the water supply and hot water supply pipes can be extended to last until the building's lifespan.

Pipe rust prevention, the Imperial Theatre has introduced NMR pipe protectors.

The red rust prevention device "NMR Pipe Protector" completely prevents red rust in the air conditioning hot and cold water pipes of the Imperial Theatre, where pipe replacement is difficult, and has proven that it can extend the lifespan of the pipes until the building's lifespan.

Currently, at the Imperial Theatre, which has been standing for 56 years, the "NMR Pipe Protector" was introduced in 2000 (Heisei 12), marking 34 years since its construction, with the aim of preventing corrosion of the building's piping and rehabilitating it. The Imperial Theatre building has its own heating source equipment for air conditioning, and the machine room is located at the deepest point, the sixth basement level. Renovations and maintenance of various components, such as water-based piping that is prone to aging, have been carried out quite frequently. However, while exposed piping and equipment in the machine room have been manageable, the buried piping could not be addressed. The effects of introducing the NMR Pipe Protector have been tremendous. This year marks 56 years since its construction, and the occurrence of red rust inside the piping has been remarkably suppressed. Additionally, there has been no leakage for the past 22 years since the installation of the product, proving that the red rust has transformed into black rust. As a result, the NMR Pipe Protector has contributed to maintaining a comfortable theatrical environment at the Imperial Theatre, which symbolizes Japan's theatrical culture. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

The NMR pipe protector sheds light on the issue of marine pollution caused by plastic waste!

Approaching global environmental issues! "NMR Pipe Protector" for preventing red rust inside pipes.

It is said that the plastic waste polluting the oceans amounts to about 8 million tons. Developing countries with densely populated cities, such as Indonesia and Vietnam, are major contributors to the marine plastic waste problem due to their high consumption of bottled beverages, much of which flows into the oceans through rivers and other waterways. The high consumption of bottled beverages is due to the unsuitability of tap water for drinking. If the water quality issues of tap water in developing countries are resolved, there is a prospect of improving the marine pollution problem caused by plastic waste. What is expected in this regard is our company’s uniquely developed rust prevention device for pipes, the 'NMR Pipe Protector.' This product can resolve the rust issue in water pipes faced by developing countries at a cost of one-tenth to one-twentieth of pipe replacement, improving the water quality to make it drinkable. The marine pollution caused by plastic waste, which has become a global issue, can be significantly improved by installing the 'NMR Pipe Protector,' developed with Japan's advanced technological capabilities, in urban areas of developing countries. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Agricultural success: NMR pipe protector that promotes the growth of tomatoes and strawberries.

The rust prevention effect of the NMR pipe protector is due to the action of small clusters of water, which has also been proven to promote the growth of tomatoes and strawberries.

The anti-rust device for pipes, "NMR Pipe Protector," was featured on TV Tokyo's economic information program "World Business Satellite (WBS)." The water treated by the NMR Pipe Protector has a smaller cluster size, which promotes the growth of vegetables, leading to verification in the agricultural sector. At "Mitsu Village" in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, NMR Pipe Protectors are installed in the piping that delivers water to greenhouses. In the program, the weight of tomatoes grown with regular water was compared to those grown with water from the supply pipe equipped with the NMR Pipe Protector, and on average, the latter tomatoes were 16 grams heavier. From previous verifications, it has been found that growing tomatoes with water from supply pipes equipped with the NMR Pipe Protector increases the yield by approximately 7 percent. In this way, the NMR Pipe Protector is expected to leverage its ability to change the properties of water and expand into various fields. *You can download the materials for free. *Please feel free to contact us first.

To prevent pipe rust, the famous C University library has introduced NMR pipe protectors.

The red rust prevention device "NMR Pipe Protector" is simply installed on the outside of the air conditioning chilled and hot water pipes, converting red rust to black rust throughout the entire piping system for long-term durability.

In the year 2000, 13 years after its completion, C University Library discovered that there was water leakage due to red rust deterioration in part of the chilled and hot water piping of the library's air conditioning system. The circulating water was mixed with red rust, and the deterioration of the piping had progressed significantly. As a rust prevention measure within the piping, rust inhibitors were regularly administered, but the red rust deterioration did not stop, and since 1996 (9 years after construction), partial updates of the piping had been underway. However, due to the presence of asbestos in the ceiling of the library, it was difficult to carry out renewal work on the main and branch pipes. Therefore, the installation of the rust prevention device "NMR Pipe Protector" was introduced. The NMR Pipe Protector stops the red rust deterioration of the piping and can extend the life of the piping until the building's lifespan, making the removal of asbestos unnecessary and allowing for significant cost reductions. Since the installation work of the NMR Pipe Protector does not require water shutdown, construction could proceed while the building was in use, eliminating the need for the library and surrounding facilities to suspend operations. After the installation at C University Library, the rust prevention effect within the chilled and hot water piping was confirmed by the increase in the amount of black rust in the red rust. After the introduction of the NMR Pipe Protector, the piping was removed, and quantitative analysis of rust samples demonstrated the transformation of red rust to black rust.

Reduced costs by preventing red rust in the apartment's water supply pipes and installed a new elevator.

A condominium that used an NMR pipe protector to prevent red rust in the water supply pipes, reducing the piping renewal costs to one-tenth, and used the remaining funds to install a new elevator.

The "NMR Pipe Protector" is a groundbreaking device for apartments and hospitals struggling with the issue of red rust in their piping, and it has received great acclaim. The introduction cost of the NMR Pipe Protector is about 1/5 to 1/10 of the cost of pipe replacement, allowing for a cost reduction of approximately 80 to 90%. At "Cosmo Kajigaya Le Seine," the introduction of the NMR Pipe Protector created financial flexibility, and they began considering the installation of a new elevator, which was a frequent request from residents. It was deemed financially feasible, and a proposal for the installation of the NMR Pipe Protector along with the new elevator was presented together at an extraordinary general meeting, where it was approved. Thus, the introduction of the NMR Pipe Protector brings various benefits to each facility. In addition to its effects on maintaining and improving water quality, it also makes a significant contribution in terms of cost. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
