BPR method

Environmentally friendly construction method! Maintenance can be carried out without affecting hotel operations.

We offer the 'BPR method,' which achieves a bathtub that is resistant to dirt by applying a glass coat and fluorine through regular polishing, resulting in a hardened and fixed surface. Unlike traditional painting finishes that merely cover with a coat, our method creates an integrated coating that prevents blistering and peeling, ensuring long-lasting protection. 【Features】 ■ Odorless ■ Short delivery time ■ Quiet ■ No waste *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Construction method "Hollow Slab Method"

When you want a wide space without columns and high sound insulation performance!

We are proposing the hollow slab construction method as an agent for Kurimoto Iron Works Co., Ltd. This method allows for a free plan that meets the client's requirements, as there are no beams to restrict the layout. Additionally, due to the flat slab, the installation of equipment and piping within the ceiling becomes easier, facilitating carpentry, rebar work, and interior construction. 【Features】 ■ Enables wide spaces without columns ■ Flat ceiling surface ■ Average thickness of the floor slab increases ■ Improved sound insulation performance *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

FP-BESTEX method

We have further improved the BESTEX method, which was developed with the aim of achieving simple and reliable construction!

The "FP-BESTEX method" is a type of pre-boring expanded root solidification method, similar to the BESTEX method. It involves injecting a drilling stabilizing fluid with a water-cement ratio of 150% and a milasepia cement ratio of 0.75% while creating a soil-cement-like drilling hole to the specified depth, after which a pile is embedded. This method offers greater frictional resistance than conventional methods, and it can accommodate a wide range of N values from less than 5 to over 50 at the pile tip ground. It can be utilized not only as a support pile but also as an economical foundation pile that does not rely on support layers such as friction piles or intermediate support piles. 【Features】 ■ High reliability with significant vertical bearing capacity ■ Certain bearing capacity ■ Usable as a support pile *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

HI-BEX method

The HIBEX method that has obtained the "Quality Evaluation of Pile Foundations" conducted by Better Living.

The "HI-BEX Method" is a renewed version of the BESTEX Method, which was certified under the former Article 38, and it is a new concept method that enhances performance, construction quality, and reliability. Load tests are conducted in situations where there is a clayey ground beneath the support layer, and the bearing capacity performance is analyzed. It specifies the handling of cases where the support layer is thin. 【Features】 ■ Specifies the handling of the ground beneath the tip of the pile ■ Construction management guidelines based on Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Notification No. 468 of 2016 ■ All approved construction companies have obtained construction quality evaluations from third-party organizations *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Construction method "Tracer Method"

Ideal for situations where it is difficult to investigate with a leak detector!

Our company conducts public road and on-site leak investigations using the "Tracer Method," which involves injecting harmless helium gas into pipes and detecting the helium gas that leaks out from water leakage points. This method is suitable for situations where leaks are occurring but the sound of the leak cannot be identified, where no leak sound is present, or where the terrain makes it difficult to detect leak sounds. 【Application Examples】 ■ When minor leaks make sound detection impossible ■ When there is constant noise ■ When the surface being investigated is grass, weeds, shrubbery, or slopes *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Construction method "Fabric Facade"

It is an innovative construction method that incorporates elements of fashion.

"Fabric Facade" is a construction method that enhances brand value by printing bold logos and designs on wall surfaces, enabling dynamic designs. The high-strength mesh membrane material "FT-381" that we use cuts 72% of ultraviolet rays entering indoors. Sunlight is evenly transmitted into the interior, creating a naturally bright space where people can feel comfortable. Additionally, during the day (when it is bright outside), it protects privacy by blocking external views while maintaining visibility from the inside. [Features] - Improved building image through excellent design - Easy renovation - Energy-saving effects - Reduces ultraviolet rays and glare, creating a comfortable interior space - Protection of privacy, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Weed Prevention Method

A method to strongly prevent the growth of stubborn weeds that come up on the road.

The "Weed Prevention Method" is a technique that suppresses the growth of weeds flourishing at the boundary between asphalt and concrete. Since the protrusions of the blocks interlock with the asphalt, there is almost no gap created due to winter contraction or vehicle vibrations, preventing the growth of weeds. It is designed to wither both the sprouts and roots. Moreover, the weed prevention effect has been confirmed to last for nearly 20 years based on long-term follow-up surveys. Please feel free to consult us if you have any requests. 【Features】 ■ Construction track record spanning several hundred kilometers ■ Zero complaints with no issues ■ Cost reduction with no need for mowing *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Features and Specifications of the SEP Method

Features of pile foundation reinforcement method using cement milk column reinforcement! Specifications will also be introduced.

We would like to introduce the features and specifications of our "SEP Method." Since it does not mix with soil, it is not affected by soil quality and can be applied to loam layers and humus layers, eliminating the need for preliminary indoor mixing tests and hexavalent chromium leaching tests. Additionally, thanks to the specially shaped trough screw, it suppresses the generation of excavated soil (remaining soil) and allows for excavation even in interlayers where gravel layers are present. 【Features】 ■ Applicable to loam layers and humus layers ■ No need for preliminary indoor mixing tests and hexavalent chromium leaching tests ■ Suppresses the generation of excavated soil (remaining soil) ■ Allows for excavation even in interlayers where gravel layers are present *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
