Tn-p method (Tunnel backfill repair polyurethane injection method)

A tunnel repair method that does not use any fluorocarbons! All materials and equipment can be loaded onto a 4-ton truck.

This technology is a polyurethane injection method for tunnel backfill repair that takes the environment into consideration and excels in workability. The injection equipment is very compact, and the filling material is transported in a liquid state, occupying about 1/40 to 1/12 of its volume after foaming, allowing all necessary materials to be loaded onto a single 4-ton truck. It can foam and cure even in areas where water has accumulated, making it effective for groundwater stoppage. Additionally, no chlorofluorocarbons, which contribute to ozone layer depletion and global warming, are used in the foaming agent. 【Features】 ■ Excellent workability ■ Lightweight ■ Cost-effective ■ Environmentally friendly ■ Can foam and cure even in areas where water has accumulated, effective for groundwater stoppage *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Cutting Method

Vertical rotation of the cutter blade! Ideal for removing various floor material coatings and correcting concrete levels.

The "cutting method" involves rotating a cutter blade vertically and forcefully striking it against the floor to remove coatings and perform surface treatments such as roughening concrete. You can choose machines from a rich lineup with varying widths to suit your application, which also helps reduce leftover chipping near walls. The uneven surfaces created by cutting can be smoothed out by using grinding methods, and the fine dust and waste generated during work are continuously sucked away by a powerful dust collector, keeping the work area clean. 【Features】 ■ Machines with cutting widths from 100mm to 500mm ■ Compact machines with a maximum cutting depth of 10mm ■ Efficient roughening of hard floors with powerful machines ■ Four types of cutter blades can be selected according to the application ■ Connection to a powerful dust collector minimizes dust dispersion, maintaining a clean work environment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Peeling Method

Attach a special blade to the stripping machine! Smoothly strip waterproof materials and flooring materials with low vibration!

The "peeling method" is a technique that removes flooring materials using a special blade attached to a peeling machine, allowing for the removal of adhered flooring materials, waterproofing materials, and more. There are types that use micro-vibration at the blade tip and non-vibration types, allowing for the selection of machines based on the application. It is now possible to reliably peel off urethane waterproofing, as well as P tiles and resin mortars that have been strongly bonded with epoxy adhesives, which were previously difficult to remove. Residual adhesives and primers are completely removed using a combination of cutting methods and shot blasting methods. 【Features】 ■ Uses blades with peeling widths from 150mm to 370mm ■ Achieves high power with a low vibration design ■ Allows for peeling and removal without damaging the substrate ■ Offers a variety of power sources including motors, batteries, and engines ■ Large machines enable construction over large areas in a short period *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

RG method <ventilation buffer specification>

The joint section and terminal processing prevent any impact from rain during construction.

This technology is an exposed walking waterproofing method that involves adhering CA Mat G to the substrate and layering a urethane coating waterproofing material on top. CA Mat G prevents blistering of the waterproof layer caused by moisture contained in the substrate and acts to buffer the behavior of the substrate. Additionally, since CA Mat G has a waterproof film on the surface, it is not affected by rain during construction due to the treatment of joints and terminal parts. 【Features】 ■ General ventilation buffering waterproof specification ■ CA Mat G is adhered to the substrate, and a urethane coating waterproofing material is layered on top ■ CA Mat G prevents blistering of the waterproof layer caused by moisture in the substrate and can buffer the behavior of the substrate *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

SK Method <Stadium Seating Specifications>

It finishes without any unevenness! The rising surface can also maintain a uniform thickness without sagging.

This technology is a method for ultra-fast curing polyurethane spraying, which significantly shortens the construction period compared to traditional hand painting methods. It ensures a uniform thickness without sagging on vertical surfaces. Because it is a spray method, there are no trowel marks, resulting in a smooth finish. Additionally, due to the ultra-fast curing, there is no need for curing time before the next process, allowing for continuous finishing (top coat) processes. 【Features】 ■ Waterproof specifications for stadiums and spectator seats ■ Fast construction significantly reduces the construction period ■ No curing time required before the next process due to ultra-fast curing ■ Continuous finishing processes are possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
