Case Study of Stove Robot Introduction in the Medical Device Field

Pioneers in medical device manufacturing! Introducing case studies of stove robots in the medical device field.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Stobri Robot" in the medical device field, handled by Stobri Co., Ltd. The manufacturing of complex tracheal tubes was not considered a candidate for automation until recently. The Italian system manufacturer Elettrosystem has achieved the automation of this precise manufacturing process using our 6-axis robot. The task of winding complex springs is performed by a program synchronized with a linear system, and our robot has made this process possible due to its high repeatability and trajectory accuracy. [Case Studies] - Automation of spiral tube manufacturing - Surface polishing of implants - Destruction testing of inhalers *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Case Study of Stove-Robo Robot Implementation: Aseptic Filling of Vials

Three robots thriving in a sterile environment! Introducing case studies of stove robots.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Stobri Robot" handled by Stobri Co., Ltd. In the case of the Italian company Como, when attempting to incorporate robots into the next-generation machine Steriline, they faced the problem of not being able to find a robot that could be used permanently in an environment that meets Clean Class (ISO5) and uses HVP (hydrogen peroxide gas). As a solution, we integrated three of our "TX60 SteriClean Robots" into the new system to perform transport tasks. As a result, the number of parts in the equipment was significantly reduced, and cleaning and sterilization of the equipment became much easier. [Case Study] ■ Italian Company Como ■ Challenge: Unable to find a robot that can be used permanently in an environment using HVP ■ Result: The number of parts in the equipment was significantly reduced, making cleaning and sterilization easier. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study: Food] Collaboration between Humans and Robots in the Arrangement of Prepared Food Packs

The potential for labor-saving and efficiency improvements through the collaboration between robots and humans. Collaborative work between robots and humans in food factories.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Stäubli Robot TX2 Series." The production equipment manager at Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel AG had strong confidence and expectations regarding the concept of human-robot collaboration, but when it came to implementing the idea, it turned out to be more challenging than anticipated. At that time, they encountered our product at a trade show. The "TX2-90L" arm was selected, and a hand designed to grasp both spacers and trays was developed. They were particularly satisfied with the fact that the trial system was able to meet stringent safety standards. [Case Study] ■ Before Implementation - High risk to worker health and injuries ■ After Implementation - Able to meet strict safety standards - Established a collaborative system without barriers through a combination of safety functions such as safe speed, safe stop, safe zone, and sensors - Expanded the possibility of introducing human-robot collaborative equipment in other processes within the factory *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
