We would like to introduce a case study of the "Stobri Robot" in the medical device field, handled by Stobri Co., Ltd. The manufacturing of complex tracheal tubes was not considered a candidate for automation until recently. The Italian system manufacturer Elettrosystem has achieved the automation of this precise manufacturing process using our 6-axis robot. The task of winding complex springs is performed by a program synchronized with a linear system, and our robot has made this process possible due to its high repeatability and trajectory accuracy.
