Three robots thriving in a sterile environment! Introducing case studies of stove robots.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Stobri Robot" handled by Stobri Co., Ltd. In the case of the Italian company Como, when attempting to incorporate robots into the next-generation machine Steriline, they faced the problem of not being able to find a robot that could be used permanently in an environment that meets Clean Class (ISO5) and uses HVP (hydrogen peroxide gas). As a solution, we integrated three of our "TX60 SteriClean Robots" into the new system to perform transport tasks. As a result, the number of parts in the equipment was significantly reduced, and cleaning and sterilization of the equipment became much easier. [Case Study] ■ Italian Company Como ■ Challenge: Unable to find a robot that can be used permanently in an environment using HVP ■ Result: The number of parts in the equipment was significantly reduced, making cleaning and sterilization easier. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
