Achieves high waterproofing and rust resistance! Suitable for robotic automation applications in extremely humid environments such as food factories and cleaning processes.
The "TX2 HE Series" is a robot suitable for applications in high-humidity environments such as food processing, cleaning processes, and cutting operations using water jets. It features a completely sealed arm structure (IP65) and enhances water resistance by maintaining positive pressure inside the arm. Additionally, all cables are connected from the bottom of the robot, improving the protection of the connection points. With a focus on waterproofing and cleanability, it is ideal for food applications from a hygiene perspective. 【Features】 ■ Resistance to liquids with a pH (hydrogen ion concentration) of 4.5 to 8.5 ■ Sealed protection of the wrist and arm through special surface treatment ■ Use of stainless steel for the flange part at the arm tip and critical components ■ Smooth surface finish designed for easy cleaning ■ Suitable for applications in extremely high-humidity environments *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
