In a process where workers attach two caps to products coming from a conveyor, the repetitive nature of the task made continuous work difficult, and there were concerns about the physical strain on the workers due to the same movements, which led to the consultation. Since there were multiple products, we conducted a product and process analysis and addressed the issue with one robot (a SCARA robot).
