This is a system for recording and managing the concrete compaction time. It displays the pouring area in 3D blocks on a measurement device, making it easier to understand the current situation with countdown functions for compaction time limits and remaining time, contributing to the prevention of cold joints. 【Features】 ■ Contributes to the prevention of cold joint occurrence By accurately counting and displaying the elapsed pouring time, it supports decision-making for the next pouring within the specified time. This reduces the risk of cold joints that may occur due to delays in overlapping pours. ■ Management of pouring range with 3D blocks The pouring locations can be confirmed and managed with blocks. Overlapping in the vertical direction is also displayed in three dimensions, allowing for a clear understanding of the current work status. Additionally, the status of compaction work for each block is color-coded, and when the set caution time or warning time is reached, the background color of the block or list display changes, providing a visual alert. ■ Output function for deliverables to improve document creation efficiency Screenshots can be saved, and list displays can be output in CSV format. This contributes to the efficiency of document creation tasks such as shape management and construction records.
