E-T-A was founded in Germany in 1948 as a specialized manufacturer of circuit protector relays and has since grown into a global leader in overcurrent protection and power distribution systems. ~We protect lives and assets~ is our concept, focusing on protecting "life" and "assets," and our role is to safeguard people and machines from dangerous situations such as overcurrents and short circuits in electrical circuits. We boast a world-class range of products and a high number of acquired standards, being recognized globally as a market leader, continuously evolving and proposing various solutions from individual components to complete systems. We own a UL-certified testing laboratory in-house and are committed to the development of global safety standards. The Japanese subsidiary of E-T-A was established in 1994. We aim not only to deliver products to our customers but also to visualize the safety concerns and issues they face and provide appropriate advice through solution-oriented engineering.
