Bolts & nuts, blast processing (carefully finished one by one by hand)
While it is necessary to protect the threaded parts, blasting can be done effectively regardless of the shape. It can also handle areas that are difficult to reach with power tools or hand tools.
Even for bolt parts and bolts with special shapes, they can be thoroughly processed through blasting. Protective measures are necessary for the threaded parts, but our craftsmen carry them out carefully by hand, ensuring there are no missed spots or inadequate processing. The construction period varies depending on the customer's quantity and requirements, but we strive for prompt responses. ◎ A bolt is a mechanical element used to tighten and secure parts together, and is a type of screw. It consists of a shaft with male threads and a head, and is used in conjunction with a nut or tightened into a hole with female threads. ◎ Blasting (shot blasting/grit blasting/sand blasting/type 1 surface preparation) This process involves spraying compressed air at high pressure along with particles called abrasives, which collide with the product to remove dirt, grime, and paint from the surface. ◎ Grit blasting (blast/type 1 surface preparation) This is one method of surface treatment (preparation). There are four types of surface preparation, and blasting is the base treatment for the highest grade, type 1 surface preparation. Harada Ironworks Hiroshima Official Link
