HEICO Corporation in Germany has celebrated its 120th anniversary in 2020 since its founding in 1900. This achievement is solely due to the long-standing support of all of you, for which we are truly grateful. In order to improve product quality and production efficiency, we actively develop and manufacture our own unique tools and processing machines, conduct heat treatment and surface processing in-house, and implement process control systems. We will continue to aim for the development of products that realize "reliable, safe, and easy fastening," responding to our customers' needs based on the extensive know-how cultivated from our many years of experience and achievements.

HEICO-LOCK(R) wedge lock washers protect bolts from rotational loosening through 'axial force (preload)' rather than friction. Born in Germany, HEICO-LOCK(R) offers high anti-loosening performance and reliability even under intense vibrations and dynamic loads. The anti-loosening effect of the HEICO-LOCK(R) series has been verified through vibration tests in accordance with international standards. - German Industrial Standards (DIN 65151, DIN 25201-4) - U.S. Aerospace Standards (NASM 1312-7) 【Features】 ■ The inner surface of the washer has a wedge-shaped cam surface, while the outer side has a radial tooth surface. ■ The radial tooth surface on the outer side of the washer firmly spikes into the bolt/nut and the joined material. ■ The movement of the system occurs only between the wedge-shaped cam surfaces on the inside of the washer. ■ Movement at the wedge-shaped cam surface effectively increases the axial force of the bolt. ■ It provides reliable fastening strength under dynamic loads. *Please feel free to contact us for more details.

Hardness difference: H (HEICO) > H (material) The surface hardness of the washer is harder than that of the general fastening material and nut/bolt, and it firmly spikes into the surfaces of the fastening material and bolt/nut. 2. Friction difference: μ (a) > μ (i) Friction coefficient of the wedge-shaped cam surface on the inside of the washer: μ (i) Friction coefficient of the radial tooth surface on the outside of the washer: μ (a) 3. Angle difference: α > β Angle of the cam surface on the inside of HEICO-LOCK(R): α Lead angle of the screw: β 4.
