Friction welding joint

"Friction stir welding" is a solid-state joining technology that involves rubbing the joining components together at high speed, generating frictional heat to soften and plasticize the joint surfaces while simultaneously applying pressure to integrate them at the atomic level. Due to its capability for rapid joining, it is suitable for the mass production of steel pipe piles, contributing to the simplification of the manufacturing process and stable production planning.
