In the development process, we focused on three points: 1. simplifying the manufacturing process, 2. preventing galling (deterioration of torque coefficient) due to metal contact between the bolt and nut when tightened with high axial force, and 3. ensuring that the nuts and washers, which must withstand the strength of the bolts, are developed from the same material.
