The "Wireless 8-Axis Motion Sensor" is a DSP wireless sensor developed to contribute to all sports. It features a 3-axis accelerometer (±16G or ±5G) and a 3-axis angular velocity sensor (±1500dps or ±300dps), along with two axes of a ±200G accelerometer. For the angular velocity sensor, which significantly impacts the accuracy of posture estimation, we have adopted EPSON's quartz gyro sensor, which has very low temperature drift, achieving uncompromised accuracy at a low price. Additionally, we offer multiple products with different measurement ranges to accommodate various movements, from slow activities like walking measurement to fast actions like swinging. This product consists of measuring devices (main Hub and child Nodes), sensors, and a web cloud service that handles the collected data. The installable sensors include temperature sensors, pressure sensors (for lateral pressure measurement), and filling/compaction detection sensors. (In the future, a water-cement ratio sensor may also be available.) Based on the information collected from various sensors installed within the concrete formwork, it is possible to optimize the pouring work and the operating time of the formwork, allowing for earlier demolding during the pouring process and reducing the amount of necessary formwork materials, which leads to labor savings and time and cost reductions at construction sites. Additionally, the web cloud service allows for monitoring and analyzing data without being constrained by time or location. The web-based tools can be accessed from various devices.
