By adding crease lines to the sealing part of the OPP bag, work efficiency is improved!

When manufacturing bags, we sometimes add crease lines to the sealing area, and today we would like to introduce bags with crease lines. We received a request from a customer who said, "I want to make sure the sealing area is folded neatly when folding it twice." Typically, the sealing area is folded once (Photo A). However, there are cases where, as per the customer's request, the sealing area is folded twice (Photo B). Without crease lines, there are several issues: - Different people may fold at different positions. - It can be difficult to fold straight, resulting in a diagonal fold. - It takes time to fold. - It may not align well with the glue position. With crease lines, the folding position is determined, making it easier to fold, and ensuring that the second fold aligns perfectly with the glue position. This also helps reduce the effort required for the task and shortens the time needed, leading to improved work efficiency.
