Mitsumi Koma Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 and is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. Our headquarters is located in Neyagawa City, Osaka Prefecture, and we are a manufacturer of plastic insert molding. Our business involves the planning, development, design, and manufacturing of plastic products. We provide a consistent process from mold design for insert molded products to manufacturing and sales through injection molding. Our strengths include molding processing utilizing vertical molding machines ranging from 30 to 300 tons, as well as horizontal molding machines ranging from 50 to 280 tons, allowing us to accommodate various sizes of molded products. We are also capable of precision insert molding for ultra-thin insert molded products, with a thickness of 0.05 millimeters, as well as for different materials. Our main insert materials include various metals, metal fibers, filters, glass, and more. Regarding the dimensions and shapes of molded products, we can accommodate sizes from a minimum of 10 mm × 10 mm to a maximum of 700 mm × 800 mm. We can handle product shapes such as curved shapes, three-dimensional shapes, flat shapes, and cylindrical shapes.
