There were issues with sending attached documents during quotation requests and orders, as the materials were searched from the drawing management system at the time of sending, leading to incorrect specifications being distributed due to search errors and resulting in information leaks. To address this, we implemented the drawing and document management system 'D-QUICK7'. The requirements for the system included building a mechanism to automatically receive information from the EDI system, search for it, and output result reports. After implementation, we achieved management of large volumes of data (over 2 million customer-owned drawings), automated integration with the EDI system, and significantly reduced human errors.
