We would like to introduce a gasification incinerator that can be utilized in various situations!!
Gasification incinerators can process waste plastics, rubber scraps, medical waste, and other materials that are difficult to handle due to the generation of smoke, odors, and harmful substances when treated in conventional direct combustion incinerators, all without burdening the environment and in a pollution-free manner.
〇 Structure of the Gasification Incinerator
It consists of two chambers: the "gasification chamber," which converts waste into combustible gas, and the "combustion chamber," where the gas generated in the gasification chamber is burned.
Gasification Chamber: After loading the waste, a portion is ignited, and the combustion heat dries and thermally decomposes the other waste, converting it into combustible gas.
Combustion Chamber: The gas converted in the gasification chamber is sent to the combustion chamber, mixed with air, and ignited with a burner for combustion.
〇 Various Applications of the Gasification Incinerator
- In addition to wood and paper, it is also skilled in processing waste plastics and rubber (capable of handling infectious medical waste as well).
- Easy to transport and install on remote islands, it is expected to reduce marine debris and the costs associated with transporting waste to the mainland.
- The heat generated during waste processing can be utilized for hot water, metal recovery, and rare metal recovery.
- Since it can be transported by truck and operated on the truck bed, it is useful during emergency disasters.
- It can also be used for the disposal of harmful animals and the handling of infectious diseases such as avian influenza.
