Oxide Suppression Furnace: SMH Series (Aluminum Holding Melting Furnace & Aluminum Central Melting Furnace) 【Features】 ◇ Maintains a low atmosphere temperature (below 800°C) in the holding chamber and keeps the residual oxygen concentration below 1%, utilizing the protective effect of the aluminum oxide film to slow down the progress of oxidation with a new furnace structure. ◇ Equipped with a newly developed flat frame burner that prevents direct flame contact with the molten metal in the holding chamber, ensuring no disturbance to the surface of the molten metal.
