Gasification incinerators can process waste plastics, rubber scraps, and medical waste, which are difficult to handle with conventional direct combustion incinerators due to the generation of smoke, odors, and harmful substances, in an environmentally friendly and non-polluting manner. 〇 Structure of Gasification Incinerators They consist of two chambers: the "gasification chamber," which converts waste into combustible gas, and the "combustion chamber," where the gas generated in the gasification chamber is burned. Gasification Chamber: Waste is loaded into the chamber, and a portion is ignited. The combustion heat dries and thermally decomposes the other waste, converting it into combustible gas. Combustion Chamber: The gas converted in the gasification chamber is sent to the combustion chamber, mixed with air, and ignited with a burner for combustion. By processing waste through this method, complete combustion can be achieved, significantly reducing the levels of dioxins and dust below legal standards, and resulting in a minimal amount of ash.
