**Overview of Gasification Incinerators** The 'EV-Gasification System' is a highly efficient incinerator that converts waste into combustible gas for combustion. The structure of the gasification incinerator consists of two parts: the "gasification chamber," which transforms the input waste into combustible gas, and the "combustion chamber," where the gas sent from the gasification chamber is burned. Gasification Chamber: After loading the waste, a portion is ignited, and the combustion heat is used to dry and thermally decompose the other waste materials, converting them into combustible gas. Combustion Chamber: The gas converted in the gasification chamber is sent to the combustion chamber, mixed with air, and ignited with a burner for combustion. By converting much of the waste into gas, efficient complete combustion treatment is possible without producing smoke or odors, and harmful substances such as dioxins and pathogens can be decomposed and eliminated. Since there is no need to stir the inside of the furnace during operation, there is no concern about fly ash escaping from the chimney.
