Environmentally friendly and safer! Safe ground reinforcement construction method "PAN WALL".

The "PAN WALL Method," which adapts to various environments, includes the "VERTICAL PAN WALL," a soil reinforcement method through vertical construction, and provides "protection for existing roads, structures, and boundaries" when cutting slopes to construct structures during road improvement and widening projects. It also addresses "reduction of long slopes (protection of natural slopes)" when constructing roads in mountainous areas that result in long slopes, as well as "reinforcement of existing stone masonry and weathered bedrock" when existing stone masonry facing the road has deteriorated or changed. Additionally, there is the "River PAN WALL," which reinforces aging riverbank blocks while leaving the existing blocks in place. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Excavated Soil Reinforced Earth Wall Method - PAN WALL Method

Excavated Soil Reinforced Earth Wall Method - PAN WALL Method

New Steep Slope Stabilization Method The PAN (Panel And Nail) Wall method is based on the theory of the cut slope reinforcement method, which is one of the steep slope stabilization methods. Features: 1. The basic construction method involves reverse wrapping, finishing the structure from top to bottom, which eliminates unnecessary excavation and backfilling work, thereby reducing the amount of earthwork. 2. The excavation cross-section is minimized, which reduces the impact on the surrounding environment such as forests and green spaces. 3. The precasting of surface protection works allows for shortened construction periods and labor savings. 4. Concrete panels are produced in factories, ensuring high quality and a variety of surface designs. 5. There is minimal occurrence of high-altitude work, making this method extremely safe. *For more details, please contact us.

Introducing four methods for ground reinforcement and liquefaction countermeasures!

Introducing four methods for ground reinforcement and liquefaction countermeasures! *Ground seminar is currently being held!

Our company conducts research, design, and development of various construction methods for building foundations and ground. This time, we will introduce four effective methods for ground reinforcement and liquefaction countermeasures. 1. Ground Reinforcement "RES-P Method" This is a ground reinforcement method for small-scale buildings that prevents settlement by driving pipes (thin-walled steel pipes) into weak ground and strengthening the ground through the composite action of the ground and the pipes. 2. Pile-type Ground Reinforcement "Σ-i Method" This ground reinforcement method uses small-diameter steel pipes with wing tips at the ends, suitable for all types of soil, including sandy and clayey soils, and can be constructed even in narrow spaces. 3. Three-layer Soil Cement Column "ef Column Method" This ground reinforcement method features a cement milk layer and a core steel pipe at the center of the soil cement column. 4. Liquefaction Countermeasure "GRID WALL Method" The grid-like continuous underground wall suppresses ground deformation during earthquakes and prevents liquefaction. The use of a small triaxial construction machine allows for construction in narrow spaces. Additionally, we hold seminars to train professionals in residential foundations and ground! ★Currently, we are offering a catalog featuring the four methods and seminars available for "download"!★

Ground Reinforcement Soil Method "PAN WALL Method"

The "PAN WALL Method," a ground reinforcement technique that demonstrates advantages on cut slope surfaces through reverse construction.

○ "NETIS Registration: CB-980093-V" Ground Reinforcement Soil "PANWALL Method" The PANWALL method is based on the theory of steep slope stabilization and ground reinforcement soil methods. As surface protection for the reinforced soil method, precast concrete panels are used to preserve the natural slope as much as possible through steepening (1 to 5 minutes), and it is a highly safe method based on reverse construction. Note: The area of operation for the PANWALL method by our company (Takamizawa) is Nagano Prefecture. Customers considering projects outside Nagano Prefecture should contact the "PANWALL Method Association."

[Patent Pending] Single-axis Soil Continuous Wall GuisWall Method

A new construction method for building structures underground using a special blade! (Patent Application: 2021-17112)

The "Soil Continuous Wall GuisWall Method" is a new construction method currently under patent application, which uses a special blade to drill overlapping holes for elements and both ends, followed by the insertion of H steel to construct the wall. Using a dedicated drilling machine, the ground is drilled with an auger, and while discharging cement milk from the tip of the auger, the drilling and mixing of the first and second elements is performed. Next, the third element is constructed by overlapping the holes of the first and second elements and performing drilling and mixing. During this process, a special blade is attached and inserted to ensure that the H steel does not sway sideways, allowing for the construction of the structure underground. Additionally, due to the uniaxial construction method, it is also possible to drive long retaining piles and bridge (platform) piles. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Uniaxial Method (Patent Pending Application No.: 2021-17112) ■ SMW Method *For an overview of the method, please refer to the materials available for [PDF Download], and feel free to [Contact Us] for more details.
