Introducing four methods for ground reinforcement and liquefaction countermeasures! *Ground seminar is currently being held!
Our company conducts research, design, and development of various construction methods for building foundations and ground. This time, we will introduce four effective methods for ground reinforcement and liquefaction countermeasures. 1. Ground Reinforcement "RES-P Method" This is a ground reinforcement method for small-scale buildings that prevents settlement by driving pipes (thin-walled steel pipes) into weak ground and strengthening the ground through the composite action of the ground and the pipes. 2. Pile-type Ground Reinforcement "Σ-i Method" This ground reinforcement method uses small-diameter steel pipes with wing tips at the ends, suitable for all types of soil, including sandy and clayey soils, and can be constructed even in narrow spaces. 3. Three-layer Soil Cement Column "ef Column Method" This ground reinforcement method features a cement milk layer and a core steel pipe at the center of the soil cement column. 4. Liquefaction Countermeasure "GRID WALL Method" The grid-like continuous underground wall suppresses ground deformation during earthquakes and prevents liquefaction. The use of a small triaxial construction machine allows for construction in narrow spaces. Additionally, we hold seminars to train professionals in residential foundations and ground! ★Currently, we are offering a catalog featuring the four methods and seminars available for "download"!★

basic information
**Details of Each Method** 1. **Ground Reinforcement 'RES-P Method'** This is a type of piled raft foundation method that strengthens the ground and prevents settlement through the composite action of driven pipes and the ground. It is a foundation reinforcement method for small-scale buildings. It does not require disposal of excess soil and can be implemented on narrow sites. 2. **Piled Ground Reinforcement 'Σ-i Method'** This is a piled ground reinforcement method for small-scale buildings that enables high bearing capacity and high penetration driving force by attaching uniquely shaped wings to the tip of small-diameter steel pipes. It can accommodate various ground conditions even in narrow sites and is constructed with reduced vibration and noise through rotary penetration. 3. **Three-Layer Soil-Cement Column 'ef Column Method'** This ground reinforcement method achieves high bearing capacity through a three-layer structure of soil-cement, cement milk, and core steel pipes, while also allowing for reliable and easy dismantling and removal. 4. **Liquefaction Countermeasure 'GRID WALL Method'** This method involves a grid-like underground wall constructed in the subsoil of buildings that suppresses ground deformation during earthquakes and prevents liquefaction of the ground. By using a unique small-sized triaxial construction machine, it can reliably construct continuous underground walls even in narrow sites. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.*
