Concrete repair method "Sto Dry Spray Method"

High-level technology and quality! Polymer cement dry spray method with nearly 40 years of experience.

The "Sto Dry Spray Application Method" was developed in Germany, a leading country in concrete repair technology, and is a dry spraying method using premixed polymer cement mortar with nearly 40 years of proven performance in Europe. Just before the factory-produced premixed polymer cement mortar, which is composed of cement, aggregates, polymers, and fibers in predetermined ratios, is sprayed, an appropriate amount of water is supplied, and the material is compacted by the impact force of air pressure. This allows for the formation of a cement mortar that meets the required performance for cross-section repair materials. 【Features】 ○ Can supply high-quality materials consistently ○ No need for a material stockyard ○ Construction possible under traffic vibrations ○ Rebound material has very little moisture and is easy to handle ○ No generation of wash water from equipment or packaging dust, allowing for environmental consideration For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Reinforcement bar embedding method seismic reinforcement construction method "AT-P Method"

Reinforcement methods that can significantly reduce flow section obstruction as stipulated by the River Structure Ordinance.

The "AT-P method" is a seismic reinforcement method that reduces the thickness of the reinforced layer (minimum 30mm) compared to the RC wrapping method and conventional polymer cement mortar wrapping method. The increase in wrapping thickness is kept to less than about half of that of the conventional polymer cement mortar wrapping method, significantly reducing the obstruction of the flow section as specified by the River Structure Act. By embedding reinforcing bars within the existing concrete, it suppresses bending failure of the structure without increasing the reinforcement cross-section. 【Features】 ■ The increase in wrapping thickness is kept to less than about half of that of the conventional polymer cement mortar wrapping method. ■ It can significantly reduce the obstruction of the flow section as specified by the River Structure Act. ■ It suppresses bending failure of the structure without increasing the reinforcement cross-section. ■ Partial wrapping that considers wall structures with specific "stops" for river structures is possible. ■ Reinforcement within the cross-section of the existing cover concrete is also possible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Waterproofing method "Rooftop Waterproofing Air Control (AC) Method"

A waterproofing method that removes moisture and heat from the waterproof layer on the roof, contributing to the longevity of the building and energy conservation.

The "Rooftop Waterproofing Air Control (AC) Method" is a rooftop waterproofing technique that achieves overwhelming ventilation and can be used in conjunction with various existing waterproofing methods. To overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods that focus solely on "waterproofing ability," this method treats the entire waterproof layer, including the ventilation mechanism, as a system, and has been developed through collaborative efforts between industry, academia, and government to realize "breathable waterproofing" that efficiently discharges moisture accumulated within the waterproof layer. 【Effects and Features of the AC Method】 ○ Autonomous forced supply of fresh air through the AC method ○ Removal of humidity and heat → Reduction of moisture / Suppression of mold and decay / Prevention of heat accumulation ○ Improvement of the waterproof layer and structural integrity / Enhancement of indoor environment / Reduction of air conditioning costs, etc. ○ Increased lifespan / Improved comfort / Energy savings, etc. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Brest Strong Method

This is an exterior wall construction method for wooden single-family houses using pre-mixed lightweight cement mortar that complies with deterioration prevention grade 3 and thermal insulation performance grade 4, without using ventilation battens.

To enhance the durability of wet-type exterior walls in wooden single-family homes, a ventilation structure using ventilated battens is common. However, compared to traditional direct bonding methods (non-ventilated), the thickness of the wall increases due to the thickness of the battens, necessitating changes to specifications such as windows and water drainage metal. Additionally, there are negative factors such as the cost of installing vapor-permeable waterproof sheets and battens. The Breastlong method addresses this by placing countless dots, 1.2 mm in height, on the back of the waterproof sheet instead of using battens, creating a ventilation pathway between the substrate material and maintaining a low moisture content in the substrate material, comparable to the ventilated batten method. The construction process is similar to traditional direct bonding: applying the waterproof sheet → attaching the lath → applying the mortar.
