[Construction Information] Cutting method for floors, floor slabs, and pavements can cut up to a maximum of 800mm.

The diamond blade rotates at high speed, cutting vertically through roads and floors!

We would like to introduce our diamond cutting method, "Flat Sawing." This efficient method allows for quicker cutting of horizontal surfaces such as floors, slabs, and pavements. It ensures reliable cutting work in a wide range of scenarios, from the installation of telephone, electrical, gas, and water pipes to the renovation of water supply and drainage systems, road repairs, joint cutting, and slabs. 【Features】 ■ Capable of cutting depths up to 800mm ■ Can also perform snow-melting groove cutting with a cutting width of 50mm ■ Cutting can be done with both electric (suitable for indoor work as it produces no exhaust emissions) and engine-powered equipment ■ Wet or dry cutting can be selected based on the site conditions ■ Cutting of materials other than floors (such as concrete precast products) is also possible. *Please inquire for details. *For more information, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

COMPASS Method (Ground Cutting and Box-Type Pushing)

Non-excavation methods for constructing small cross-section structures.

The COMPASS Method TYPE 3 (Ground Cutting and Box Tunneling) is a non-excavation method used for the construction of small cross-sectional structures such as rivers and sidewalks that cross under roads and railways. To insert the roof of the cutting head into the cutting groove (the space created by the ground cutting wire scraping the ground) in front of the cutting head body, it is possible to prevent excessive soil intake and the uplift of obstacles caused by the cutting head, thereby minimizing the impact on the ground above. 【Features】 ■ Safety ■ Workability ■ Cost-effectiveness *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

HEP&JES method

Non-excavation underpass construction method using elements with JES joints.

The HEP&JES (High Speed Element Pull & Jointed Element Structure) construction method, developed in collaboration with JR East, is a rational construction technique for cross-sectional structures that combines the non-excavation HEP (High Speed Element Pull) method for pulling and laying elements with the JES (Jointed Element Structure) method, which uses steel elements as the main structural components. This method has been adopted in projects for grade separations under railways and highways, and as of May 2024, it has accumulated over 160 orders. We propose the HEP&JES method as a safe, short-term, and low-cost solution for eliminating level crossings and improving intersections aimed at urban regeneration. **Features** - Since the inserted elements are used directly as the main structural components, insertion work is completed in one go, minimizing the impact on tracks and road surfaces. - Various shapes of structures can be constructed without being limited by structural length. - The method allows for precise construction as elements are pulled from the target point on the arrival side. - Since the pulling reaction force is taken by the retaining wall on the arrival side, there is no need for reaction force equipment on the starting side. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Eco Recharge® Method

Enabling large-volume ascites with a small diameter!

The Eco Recharge® method (circular groundwater control method) is a technique aimed at lowering groundwater levels by pumping groundwater and injecting it back into the ground using the latest technology. By eliminating excess water, it significantly reduces construction costs. Groundwater pumped from deep wells and other pumping wells is first sent to a sand separator. Here, impurities such as sand contained in the groundwater are removed, and then it is sent to a receiving tank. By controlling the injection pump to maintain a constant water level in the receiving tank, groundwater is pumped into the ground from the injection well without excess or deficiency. 【Features】 ■ Economic efficiency ■ Environmental conservation ■ Safety *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Small-diameter pumping method

Achieving small diameter and high lift drainage!

The small-diameter pumping method is a technique used to lower groundwater levels by pumping in areas with high groundwater levels. This method generates negative pressure by sending a jet fluid (water or air) to an ejector installed at the well's tip, allowing for groundwater extraction. Since there is no need for a submersible pump inside the well, the drilling diameter can be smaller and more economical compared to traditional deep well methods. Additionally, it can handle higher lift compared to well point methods. 【Features】 ■ Excellent applicability: It can pump groundwater at depths where well point methods are ineffective and in soils with lower permeability coefficients than those used in deep well methods. ■ Cost-effectiveness: By not installing a submersible pump inside the well, the drilling diameter can be reduced compared to deep well methods. ■ Usability: Since the equipment is located above ground, maintenance is easy. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

KK tile sheet method

No need for surface roughening work! Overwhelming adhesion, prevents exterior wall tiles from peeling off, and creates a uniform surface with consistent texture!

The "KK Tile Sheet Method" only requires attaching and removing from the formwork, so there is no need for specialized machinery, equipment, or qualified technicians required for high-pressure washing. We have obtained certification from the Building Materials Testing Center (a public interest incorporated foundation) that our tensile adhesive strength meets the standards of the Architectural Institute of Japan and the JASS19 regulations. 【Advantages】 - Both sides are embossed, allowing use on either side. - Forms a homogeneous concrete underside with the necessary performance. - Enables direct installation of wall tiles, resulting in low cost and shorter construction time. - No need for specialized machinery or qualified technicians. - No need for preparation of drainage channels or splash prevention, and no generation of contaminated water, which improves the working environment and helps preserve the surrounding environment (rivers, seas, forests). 【Features】 (compared to conventional methods) - Improved adhesion strength. - Can be installed by ordinary workers. - No need for surface roughening. - No release agent required, minimal slurry adhesion. - No noise, dust, or contaminated water generation. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Silicate-based surface impregnation method (reactive type) 'RCG Inner Silica OC'

Make concrete dense and extend the lifespan of open channels! Surface impregnation methods and auxiliary methods for agricultural water supply facilities and open channels.

"RCG Inner Silica OC" is a standard specification for color fading used for construction confirmation. The surface impregnation method involves applying a surface impregnation material to the concrete surface layer, with the main effect being the auxiliary effect of the surface impregnation material. Additionally, by combining it with auxiliary methods, this technique aims to improve the quality of the base material and inorganic surface coatings. 【Properties (excerpt)】 ■ Main components: Particle colloid (sodium silicate, potassium silicate) ■ Appearance: (Main material) Colorless / Liquid (Coloring material) Red-purple / Liquid ■ Odor: Odorless ■ Specific gravity: 1.1 or more ■ pH: 11.0 or more *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Concrete surface protection method "RCG Inner Silica"

A new method for densifying the concrete surface over the long term! Modifying concrete to suppress water and deterioration factors, ensuring safety and extending the lifespan of concrete.

"RCG Inner Silica / RCG Inner Silica α" can be used for standard construction methods and for color fading verification construction methods. When a silicate-based surface impregnation material is applied to the concrete surface, it penetrates the surface layer of the concrete and reacts with calcium hydroxide to produce C-S-H gel (calcium silicate hydrate). The synergistic effect of physical action from particle colloids and chemical reactions (C-S-H gel) suppresses the intrusion of deterioration factors. 【Features】 ■ No change in appearance ■ Environmentally friendly ■ Inorganic, making it resistant to UV radiation ■ Odorless ■ Shortens construction time *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
