Pipe rehabilitation method "Alpha Liner H Method"
Self-supporting pipes up to a diameter of 900mm are possible! A pipe rehabilitation method that has a longer material storage period and achieves further thin-walling.
The "Alpha Liner H Method" involves pulling the Alpha Liner H into an existing pipe, expanding it using air pressure to make it adhere closely to the inner surface of the existing pipe, and then irradiating it sequentially with light of a specific wavelength from the pipe opening to cure the resin. By improving the materials used in the conventional Alpha Liner, the long-term bending elastic modulus has been increased from 9,500 N/mm² to 12,000 N/mm², achieving even higher strength. Additionally, with the improvement in long-term bending elastic modulus, the material of the Alpha Liner becomes thinner. Moreover, it inherits the characteristics of the conventional Alpha Liner, allowing for shape confirmation before curing, construction that is not affected by environmental temperature, and minimizing traffic restrictions, noise control, and CO2 emissions during construction. 【Features】 - Not affected by environmental temperature - High strength (long-term bending elastic modulus: 12,000 N/mm²) - Shape confirmation can be done before curing - Capable of manufacturing materials over 100m - Short construction time *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
