Water Jet (WJ) Method - Repair and Reinforcement Work for Concrete Structures

Utilizing "concrete chipping treatment" with ultra-high pressure water (water jet), it can be used for various seismic reinforcement foundation works!

This is an introduction to comprehensive seismic reinforcement work centered around "concrete chipping treatment" using ultra-high-pressure jets. Without damaging the rebar, we can chip away the specified volume while ensuring adhesion strength with the sound parts, making it a foundational work for seismic reinforcement. We have been utilizing this method through joint development with management organizations and companies of various structures.

Water Jet (WJ) Method - Pitacolumn Method

- Short construction period! - Seismic reinforcement completed with only external work! - Assigned method certification technical personnel to the headquarters (Nagoya), Tokyo branch, and Osaka branch!

As a member of the Pitacolumn Construction Method Association, we have accumulated a track record of construction achievements. Please consider us as a reliable seismic reinforcement method. ● We have assigned two certified "construction managers" in Tokyo, four in Nagoya, and three in Osaka to respond to requests from a wide area. ● The Pitacolumn (Plate Included concrete Tightly Attached column) method is one of the seismic reinforcement methods that allows reinforcement work to be carried out while the building is in use. ● The construction method involves first installing post-installed anchors at regular intervals on the existing columns to be reinforced. Steel plates (plates) are then attached to the anchors installed at a position 10 cm from the existing columns. Additionally, elliptical shear reinforcement bars (hoops) are distributed at regular intervals around these steel plates. Finally, approximately 20 cm thick concrete is poured to encase these elements, completing the work. The basic concept of Pitacolumn is to perform seismic reinforcement work without entering the interior of the building. ● Technical evaluation obtained from the Japan Architectural Disaster Prevention Association (July 13, 2001) ● Patent No. 3051071 ● Trademark Registration No. 4233798 ... Reinforcement of the breakwater using ground anchors.

An approach to resilient structures! Proposals from SE for earthquake and tsunami countermeasures.

In this document, SE is proposing the reinforcement of breakwaters using ground anchors as a measure against earthquakes and tsunamis in its environmental disaster prevention projects. The Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011, caused significant damage due to tsunamis. Coastal structures of breakwaters that did not anticipate external forces from tsunamis experienced major deformations such as toppling and washing away. On the other hand, breakwaters that demonstrated resilience, even when deformed by wave forces, contributed significantly to disaster reduction by delaying the arrival time of tsunamis to urban areas. Based on these experiences, breakwaters are required to have resilient structures, and our breakwater reinforcement anchor method is introduced as a reference technology in the "Guidelines for Tsunami Resistance Design of Breakwaters." [Contents] ■ Approach to "Resilient Structures" ■ Breakwater Reinforcement Anchor Method ■ SEEE Ground Anchor *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Permeable resin mortar filling method (PRMS method)

This is a method of rubbing high-strength resin mortar into the voids of drainage pavement.

The permeable resin mortar filling method (PRMS method) is a technique that involves mixing a high-performance resin binder with special particle-sized fine aggregates to create a permeable resin mortar mixture, which is then filled into the gaps between the surface aggregates of permeable pavement. This method not only strengthens the surface of permeable pavement and helps maintain and extend its functionality but also allows for repairs, further enhancing the lifespan of this valuable infrastructure while also achieving a high level of noise reduction.

Next-generation floor-first construction method "DFP Method"

A new concept that enables the movement of flexible partition walls! Introducing the next-generation floor-first construction method.

The "DFP Method" is a next-generation floor-first construction method that employs a newly developed "removable support base" for reinforcement adjusters. It allows for the installation of reinforcement adjusters under the floor without removing the pace panels, as well as the removal of panels from below. By using this method, there is no need to break the pre-floor when moving partition walls, making it easier to relocate walls and extending the period for plan changes during new construction, as well as reducing flooring costs and shortening construction time during renovations. 【Features】 ■ A new concept that enables flexible movement of partition walls ■ Adoption of reinforcement adjusters using the newly developed "removable support base" ■ No need to break the pre-floor when moving partition walls ■ Reduction of flooring costs and shortening of construction time during renovations *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Bridge Long-Life Deck Drainage System

The deck is the lifeline of the bridge. We propose a system that promptly drains the infiltrated water from the deck without allowing it to accumulate.

【Basic Drainage】 Utilizing the road surface slope to drain water from the drainage pit. 【Supplementary Drainage】 Collecting rainwater that has permeated through the pavement into a drainer (spiral drain) installed above the waterproof layer and draining it through a quick drain. 【Emergency Drainage】 In the event that rainwater permeates into the synthetic slab, collecting it in a concrete saver installed on the lower steel plate and draining it using monitoring holes. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.*
